“We asked Blake to consider turning our tired and well worn lake house into a home we would be proud of and enjoy going to once again. Blake brought us into the present day look of a lovely family house on the water. We rearranged rooms, moved doorways, took down walls and installed a fabulous wall of windows looking out on the lake. He heard us when we described our ideal house and blended his knowledge and creative experience and gave us the absolute perfect lake home. The kitchen, the open den, the bathrooms and the back porch all have the improvements needed with functionality and beauty. We just couldn’t be happier with our new look.”

“We hired David Benners to help us with a remodel of our old kitchen based on a recommendation of a friend in another city. His attention to details like the upper and lower 'reveal', the unusual shape of the peninsula, including a well designed hidden pantry, giving the cook a zone without interfering with other kitchen activity, emphasizing height that flows out of the living room space,etc. made a huge difference in the result. He also worked well with our contractor. He really listened to my concerns about functionality and turned them into art. He also accepted the constraints like finite amount of money and didn't complain (too much...:-) as well as didn't lose interest because of my 'eclectic' taste in furniture. In the end starting with an architect to give this project initial shape and direction pretty much cured my aversion to remodeling. It wasn't cheap, but the final value was much more than simply $$ spent. We are grateful for his artistic and professional contributions to this job.”

“We hired Josh as the architect to completely gut and remodel our house in the year 2010. We have already moved back into our new home, and we love everything about it. Josh is one of these unique young architects who always thinks outside the box. His style is to implement spaces that have simple, clean straight lines, aesthetically beautiful yet very functional. His ability to see minute details is also great. As a businessman he is on time, hard worker, respectful, honest, easy to deal with, and makes quick decisions. I will hire Josh anytime for my future projects.”

“I hired Thad and his amazing team after meeting with 3 other architects that a) didn't seem too interested in the project or b) wanted to implement all of their ideas and not take into account any of my preferences. Throughout the entire process, I could not have asked for a more patient, attentive, communicative, detail oriented, and respectful team. I came in with a style and direction of my own and they gladly included me in every step of the design and materials selection. The end result is a home that I LOVE. Along the many hurdles (2 not so great contractors, and a seemingly non-existent timetable)....Thad went above and beyond and provided a level of service that transcended from that of a business transaction to one of a friendship. I would have been lost, taken advantage of, and broke if it was not for these guys. Thad's attention to detail, project management skills, record keeping, and commitment to seeing the project through produced a product and an experience that I could not be happier with. “I loved everything about working with maestri! We used them for an extensive kitchen renovation in a 1930's tutor home in Lakewood. The project included a sitting area off the kitchen, additional arched doorways throughout the 1st floor, addition of 2 sets of French doors on the first floor, and removal of an old chimney (that was only used for venting purposes. The architect truly treated our project like his own. The designs were wonderful and very few revisions had to be made before we had a final set of plans. The finish out selections were perfect. They followed the progress of our project as needed. And we celebrated completion of a renovation that would not have been possible without the maestri team. I highly recommend to anyone!”
