We are a Dublin based architectural and project management practice, with over three decades of experience. We pride ourselves in bring the client’s needs to the forefront of our work. We offer a complete architectural, interiors and landscaping service for traditional, contemporary and heritage buildings. Our RIAI Chartered Practice status ensures that we provide you with high standards of quality control and customer service. After receiving his B Arch at Trinity College, Philip has worked in established Architecture practices in Dublin, London, Sydney and Los Angeles. After returning to Ireland, he set up his own RIAI Chartered practice, which has been designing family homes since 1989. We provide Compliant Land Registry Maps, Property Inspection Reports, Measured Surveys Opinion on Compliance/Exemption under Planning Control. We can carry out designs, planning applications and appeals to An Bord Pleanála. We specialise in property repairs and maintenance we can design and specify solutions for construction defects and can prepare all that is necessary to arrange a building tender and administer a Building Contract We can recommend construction specialists, Building Contractors and tradesmen to suit project requirements We are qualified since 1985 and an established practice since 1989 to do the required job.
