We used Eva for some ideas and plans for our new house. She was really great - refined some ideas we had but also gave us some new ideas we hadn’t even thought of. Our builder also loved the drawings she provided as it put some structure on the project.

Delighted we had a consultation with Eva to help us decide on a layout for a reconfiguring of existing space. She's very practical and considers budget. We were at a standstill and couldn't imagine the space. Very useful small expenditure in our overall project and lovely person to deal with. Highly recommend.

We had a consultation with Eva to create storage in our living / dining space. She gave us really inventive and smart solutions, which I would never have thought of myself. I'm thrilled with the ideas we have now and cannot wait to make them a reality. We got hand drawn sketches of the ideas, which we can use to get quotes.

I am delighted with my consultation. Thanks to Eva we can remodel our existing space to provide a larger bedroom for our daughter without losing space in other rooms. This will cost considerably less than extending the property so now our budget covers remodelling the family bathroom as well. Eva is bursting with great ideas and solutions and the drawings provided will be perfect for getting quotations. I can highly recommend Eva and I will definitely be using her again.

Delighted to have had Eva out to brainstorm ideas to extend to the rear. Eva’s practical advice and experience reigned me in and she showed me what could be achieved in our living space - which will be well received from my other half !! Best decision we have made ! Eva arrived and i couldnt believe what she managed to achieve within our 2 hour time frame. She managed to do up very specific drawings for us for our garage to be converted into a 1 bedroom apartment at the side of our house, including all of the essentials needed,including safety measures aswell as practical details, all within the small space that we had to work with. She was super professional and focused, straight into work mode, used every single minute of her time to give us ultimately exactly what we had hoped for and more. I will be highly recommending Eva to all i know, and would encourage anyone thinking about it to just book her!!

We met Eva this morning when she came to meet myself and my husband and put some structure to our current living. She was incredibly professional and listened to both myself and my husband and our varying ideas! She managed to stitch them cohesively together with her own spin on things which was brilliant! We now have two versions to work from.... the only problem with this is that I’m a Libra so decision making is tough for me! But rest assured, both options will give us what we want and need! We consulted with Eva for ideas for our dining room and kitchen merger and also our bedroom renovation. Her two hours with us were an intense whirlwind which resulted in Eva proposing some fantastic plans which we loved and she incorporated everything we had asked for and even included a window seat which was on my unspoken wish list! Now we need to find a builder and will probably be back to Eva for further refinement of the plans.
