About Us

Originally founded by Gareth Brennan in 2008 and through a partnership with Seamus Furlong, the practice of Brennan | Furlong was established in 2015. The practice aims to use the design of buildings and spaces that we use every day to help enrich the experience we have with our built environment with the belief that each unique design, if well-considered & carefully developed can improve and enliven our interaction as a whole, whether that be as individuals, families and/ or communities.

We worked with Brennan & Furlong for the full refurbishment of our house in North Dublin. We are delighted with the results and the way in which they made a difficult process easy for us. I would highly recommend them and would gladly work with them again.

Creedon Construction Ltd.

We have worked with both Gareth and Seamus on separate projects. They have both been exceptionally pleasant to deal with. Skilled, knowledgeable, talented architects but above all, a couple of nice, reasonable guys. They have both provided very clear and unambiguous drawings and specifications and have managed the contractor-client relationships extremely well. The projects got finished and we all parted ways as friends - that's saying something! We would highly recommend this practice to home owners and contractors (or should we be encouraging competition?!?) equally.
