Avoid Anthony Scarry. This man quoted me incorrectly. He has taken over €3,000 from me and refuses to give any money back despite no valid planning application submitted. I have email proof that he noted location of site would be an issue. He refused a free Council pre-planning meeting which would have told him how to apply correctly due to said location. Consequently the application was returned as invalid and he was on verge of submitting the wrong way a second time only for I contacted the Council myself to find out the correct way to apply. I realised this man did not know what he was doing He then looked for an extra €2000 before he’d resubmit. I asked for a resolution but he said I was free to find another agent and he is keeping my €3,000. I am making complaints to various professional bodies and going to court. He has warned me not to post reviews but I will tell the truth. All emails available to see.
