Showtime Essential Kitchen products

We have a LaCanche Moderne LKG1052GE Stainless steel cooker. This cooker has both a gas and an electric oven. The gas oven has never worked. Despite it being an amazing appliance (akin to a Defender in the car world) we have never found anyone capable of reliably servicing it in Ireland. Showtime Essential Kitchens are the LaCanche representatives in S. Ireland, but they are slow to respond. They have tried to fix our cooker on numerous occasions and we have paid a lot of money for house calls and parts, but the problem we've had with our gas oven has never been resolved. Showtime did order a part from France and installed it, but when they found this did not solve the problem, the technician promised to get back to us, but never did. Since then we have been unable to get a response from Showtime. The receptionist is very friendly but ineffective. She has assured us numerous times that the technician would call us back, but no one has even had the courtesy to return our calls. No doubt LaCanche produce a brilliant cooker which, properly maintained and serviced, should last many years - even a lifetime - but without reliable service it is rendered useless, an expensive folly. It would appear no one in Ireland is equipped to provide satisfactory service in Ireland.
