We used Zodiac when we were doing a whole house redecoration and de-clutter. Being away from home all week we relied on Amber to coordinate the various jobs and implement the whole project which she did to perfection and with superb results. She and Howard worked quickly promptly and professionally.

We used Zodiac Design to design, plan and manage our house renovations. Amber took great care to fully understand our needs and our budget. The planning of the project by her was very detailed, thorough and efficient. We arrived at a fully thought-through design, which future-proofed our space to allow for how we might want to use it as our children get older. This was a really impressive part of Zodiac Design’s input: they really listened to the brief and responded with a clever design to accommodate our current and likely future needs. Another really great aspect of their work was the advice and guidance on the fabric/paint/furnishing choices. We discussed broad ideas and were then presented with a range of options/samples/pictures to consider in our own home, significantly reducing the need to traipse around showrooms and shops. One particularly enjoyable mini-project was selecting a wide range of fabrics for a patchwork sofa; Amber’s input into this was brilliant. She helped me be decisive when I needed a push, but remained sensitive to our views on design at all times. Zodiac Design project-managed the build very well indeed, attending the site regularly and managing the various trades on our behalf. Amber has a very keen eye for detail and gave us the reassurance we wanted that the contractors were doing a good job and keeping to schedule. Amber was particularly strong on the schedule, being realistic at the outset and then very firm in delivering the project on time. She was responsible for there being a good team spirit on site during the work, and very obviously worked hard to maintain good and professional working relationships with the contractors. Overall, using Zodiac Design considerably mitigated the inevitable stress that comes with major house renovations, and helped us achieve a really great end result which we enjoy every day. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Amber and her team provided a superb service. Amber was enthusiastic and professional throughout ensuring that the we the client were happy at all times. She was always on hand to help if there was a problem and would answer calls and emails outside the normal working day. Her timekeeping was impressive and the project was completed in the proposed timeframe. She was able to suggest cost saving solutions without compromising on quality and impressed us with her knowledge and enthusiasm for each stage of the project. I also felt she genuinely cared about how the project was working and us the client. I can remember her ring so excited about the arrival of our sofas that she popped round on the evening they arrived to help assemble them with me. Every worry I had she was able to help and offer good advice. We were delighted with the outcome and recommended her and her team to many friends.
