Excellent business and amazing customer service. Someone is always there to answer any questions or solve problems. We just purchased a bed that we absolutely love .... everything from start to finish was easy and shipping was fast. Thanks Zin home for a great experience. While we ultimately were not happy with the item we purchased, the customer service Zin Home provided to help resolve the manufacturer issue went above and beyond. I would not hesitate to purchase from them again.

Had a great experience with Zin Home. Ordered a Hampton Teak bed and had to talk with Erin at Zin several times about some of the beds dimensions. Erin and the other staff I spoke to were always helpful. I also needed the bed here by a certain date, and they made sure that the bed arrived on time.
The Hampton bed looks great in my room…and I would definitely use Zin Home again.

This is my third piece of furniture from Zin Home and I couldn't be happier. It looks so much better in person. I just LOVE my sofa table. I also bought a gorgeous dining table and bed from Zin. I have always been 100% happy with my purchase. I would not hesitate to buy from Zin Home. I love Thomas Bina furniture and Zin has the best prices.

From my initial inquiry regarding lead time to the way ZinHome handled the issues with the sofa post delivery, I am very impressed. The staff, namely Adam and Erin, were very responsive and quick at taking care of me as a Customer; I would definitely shop with ZinHome again.
As for the sofa, the leather is of good quality, and the construction seems very solid. The couch is EXTREMELY comfortable. I do worry the tufted buttons will rip off by accident if they got caught, but luckily the cover zips off for hopefully an easy repair.
I asked about a warranty on the sofa, although couldn't get any more info, I believe it's actually manufactured by Four Hands as the Harper. Either way, both brands are sold by many luxury retailers. I would buy this sofa again, no question.

While Zin sells beautiful and unique items, do not expect a quick turn around on delivery. Next week it will be 3 months since our order was placed and we are still waiting for the table to arrive...too bad it wasn't here for the 3 family gatherings we've had a month after ordering the table.

We at Zin Home appreciate any feedback our customers take the time to share with us, whether it's a positive review of a product or some constructive criticism on our customer service. So we thank this customer for her feedback.
Many of the items we sell in our store, and on our site, are not mass produced products, and in most cases, are made in limited quantities. This sometimes causes them to be on backorder at the time of order. It's for this reason that we notify our customers immediately to alert them of any potential delays. There is no penalty for canceling an order prior to shipping it, and we do not charge our customers' credit cards until after the item arrives and is shipped to them.
In some case, there are added delays with items arriving in the warehouse—delays that are often unforeseen—and are out of our control. We do our best to update our customers immediately following any change in status so that they are kept informed, and can decide for themselves how they would like to proceed.
We truly are sorry for the inconvenience these type of delays may cause our customers, and we do everything within our ability to mitigate these types of problems. We are a small family-owned business that has been in operation for the last 11 years, and we have always prided ourselves on our customer service. Since we began selling in ernest online after the flooding of our store during Hurricane Sandy, at times there is more work than there are bodies—although we aren't complaining about business picking up! If ever an issue arises, we always take care of it right away, whether it is with the manufacturer of the item or with the delivery company used to bring it them.

Purchased a kitchen table from Zin Home. Shipping was quick and the product was in excellent condition. It was as described on the site and I am still (months later) very happy with my purchase. I will definitely check out Zin Home again for my next home purchases.

I purchased a beautiful piece of furniture from Zin Home, working with Adam was wonderful. I plan on decorating my home with many more of their items. Cordial and truly professional - I would recommend them to anyone.

Love Love Love the sofa!!!! It exceeds my expectations- sturdy, the vintage appeal makes this sofa very unique. I'm considering buying another one to fit in the room.

Never LOVED a table MORE! THANK YOU ZIN HOME!
Buying furniture online can be a real stress. I've done it more lately because three young boys aren't much help at a furniture store...also, because quality furniture can be hard to find in my area.
I'd been looking for this table for a year. Everything was always too large or cheaply made. I hit the usual Crate and Barrel and Restoration Hardware...nothing ever called out the wow factor I was looking for in our kitchen. Until NOW!
I was so worried about the color and the quality having never touched it or viewed it in person. But honestly, I joked that we were only allowed to look at the table because it is so beautiful.
It is really distressed, seeing that it is reclaimed wood. But I love it! And it was made in the USA!
It is stained the perfect warm grey...with slight rubbings that allow for a golden streak of natural wood here and there. It appears to handle every day wear and tear in the 6 months we have had it.
Our kitchen is mostly cream, stainless, and hardwood...This table blends in as if it should have lived in my house for years. I am going to keep my cream slat chairs for now, the mismatch is engaging...and I've found a rectangular crystal chandelier to balance the tough sturdy look of the table. The table is really chunky, nothing like the toothpick tops and legs of so many I've looked at. And the price, in my opinion was beyond fair!
Zin Home was a pleasure to work with as I found the need to email a few times about the finish of the table and it's resistance to water and wear. The delivery was very professional and helpful. I honestly can't even express how thrilled I am with this purchase. I want to keep Zin Home's table my secret when people comment on it's perfection...I do love that I have the most beautiful and uniquely made table in the neighborhood...but I also know I'd love to see more from Zin Home, so I'm cheering for their success!

I ordered something and when it came we had issues with getting it in the room. When I called his response was "what do you want us to do" and also "uh, it's common sense" that I should have measured the door. His attitude was extremely put-out, annoyed, and condescending. Absolutely, not measuring the door was a mistake- that part is on me- dumb on my part and I take full responsibility. I am not a professional but that is no excuse.
However, I take issue with the snide remark and also the complete unwillingness to help. Perhaps some professionalism to help solve the problem rather than trying to make me feel even dumber and more stressed out with 3 strange movers in my living room, a toddler running around, and a very large piece of furniture stuck in my hallway. In the end the movers were able to squeeze it in and the bookcase is lovely. However, I would NEVER recommend buying from this company due to their lack of professionalism and downright rudeness.
UPDATED 7/18/13:
I am updating this review because the owner did follow up with a written apology and also a Starbucks giftcard. I appreciate the apology and effort. I hope it was just a case of having a bad day. Also, his wife was extremely lovely to deal with on previous occasions so I am hoping her natural charm and good cheer continues to rub off on him!!

Zin Home is a wonderful store based in Hoboken, NJ. They also have an online store and are wonderful to work with. As an interior designer it is important for me to find unique furniture and home accents for my clients. I highly reccommend Zin Home.
