I hired Yiannis and his team to renovate my newly purchsed flat in Paddington. Before starting any work, we agreed on the design, the furniture, as well as the budget and the timeline. It took him and his team about 1.5 months to transform a 90sqft space into an astonishing flat. Yiannis clearly has a great arrey of industry contacts and that helped throughout the process, as he was able to source high-end materials (e.g. kitchen, wooden floors, furniture, windows etc.) at very competitive prices that would fit into out initial budget. Furthermore, his team of builders was extremely friendly and efficient. Yiannis’ pconcepts of the space have had a great architectural impact to the overall feel of the property, as his design ideas have made my property feel even bigger! Overall I was extremely pleased with Yiannis’ work, as he was able to deliver on time and within budget without compromising on quality. His design skills, along with his studio project managing the whole project is trully professional. I would definitely recommend him to anyone that is looking to create a unique and comfortable home.

We worked with Studio Ypsilon for the refurbishment of our flat in Holland Park. We were impressed with Yiannis professional approach, strict supervision and above all his ability to offer insightful advice both for the repair works and the final furnishing and decorating of the flat. I think what I liked most is Yianni's ability to quickly understand our needs and our design preferences and then make tasteful, ergonomic and cost effective proposals that matched these needs. He was also always available to discuss any concerns we had. It is obvious that Yiannis loves his work.

My experience with Studio Ypsilon and its team was great. The builders acted in a very professional manner. Each one was specialized in their field.(electricians,plumbers,painters). The supervision was carried out on a daily basis, and I was informed of the progress. The execution of work was within the estimated period we planned. The only delay was due to the delivery of the marble (nothing to do with Ypsilon) , and it was just 1 day. So I can only say VERY PLEASED!
