I never write reviews however I’ve had such a terrible experience with this company I felt I should take the time and write one. It’s been weeks since I had a quote, I was told materials would arrive in 7-10 days. Around 10 days later I received a call from Peggy and materials still hadn’t been ordered. Once materials were finally ordered I received a call that someone could come out that day. Person was an hour late so I had to reschedule it, person is now 45min late, haven’t heard from them, no phone call. No communication. I’ve already called another glass company. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

Professional, efficient and timely. Order Low-e dual pane window glass 5 days later tech/owner replaced, tested tracking and cleaned up within 45 - 60 minutes. I would have them do a water test for leaks also...
