I bought LVP from this company and my experience has been miserable. 1) Quality of LVP is questionable. Planks are popping out at places. Top layer is peeling off. All within 2 months of installation 2) They sent me wrong stairs tread and made me pay for return shipping rather than acknowledging their mistake. I am working with them on how to best resolve the situation but if that does not happen, I would lose $20K in dealing with them. My trust over these internet companies is gone. Happy to talk more, share photos, receipts if anyone interested.

Don't believe the warranty information on the WeShipFloors website. They DO NOT honor their warranty. I purchased $8200+ worth of Acacia Natural 9/16 x 4-3/4" Hand Scraped Small Leaf Engineered Hardwood Flooring from them. WeShipFloors, in turn, ordered and shipped the wood from Aurora Hardwood West. I had no contact or dealings with Aurora Hardwood West. After a couple of years, some of the wood planks started delaminating. Eventually, they became a trip hazard. WeShipFloors refused to do anything to repair/replace the wood that delaminated. I eventually (after failing to get any help from WeShipFloors) hired a contractor to fix the wood that was coming up (delaminating). That cost $1000+ from my own pocket to have the wood repaired. I just want to warn others that this is not a reputable company. Also, they are still advertising a 50 year warranty on the Acacia Natural Hand Scraped Small Leaf Engineered Hardwood Flooring!!

I am a homeowner and house flipper that has completed 6 projects and have been extremely satisfied with the quality of SuperCore and the company WeShipFloors.com professionalism. My installer raves about using this flooring, he says it is easy to work with, looks extremely realistic and can efficiently use material with little waste. Thank you for a superior experience.

Wouldn't recommend this company. After they struggled to get the correct sample i ordered i decided i liked the product enough and Made an order for flooring that the website says was instock using a soon to expire discount code. Got order placed and conformation in email that stated discount was accpeted and an email would follow with shipping. 5 days later with no contact from weshipfloors im issued a refund for my order with no explanation. When i inquire im told my discount code is no longer available and they wont value my previously quoated price....even after they took my money and order and sent me a conformation. They raised the price of my total bill 300 and want me to reorder now..... customer service 0/10

The products they offer are first rate and will hold up to significant wear and tear. I would highly recommend the SUPERCore product for anyone with pets.

We are very happy with our SuperCore floors! We DIY the dining room and will continue throughout the rest of the main floor. The Gunstock Oak is a fabulous color. We are replacing some awful engineered hardwood that the previous owner installed. Now that we have the Supercore in the dining room I can't wait to finish the rest of the main floor. They have great customer service and the shipments arrive quickly.

My wife and I needed new flooring for approximately 1200 sq ft to re-do our kitchen nook, living room, master bedroom, and a small bedroom due to termite damage. I wanted vinyls planks to replace tile and carpet. After much research on line and running back and forth to local name brand flooring company we decided to order Stone, Plastic, Composites (SPC) samples from “We Ship Floors”. The samples received were nice and I could tell a difference in the SPC flooring just by the weight. The SPC was noticeably heavier. I had about 8 samples of the competition and decided to do my own torture test as “We Ship Floors” demonstrated in their video. I took a claw hammer and gave the competition a sharp blow to simulate a coffee cup falling from the bar. Crack! A hole with one blow Did the same for “We Ship Floors” nothing, not a crack, hole, dent, or mark. I tried simulating what might be “normal” hazards that scratch the floor, like a rock stuck in the sole of shoes. I did this by taking the claw of the hammer and taking it across the floor. Again no noticeable marks. Now understand I was testing for “normal” conditions one may expect a floor to see. Sample after sample held up better than the competition. SPC is Great stuff! I order a little over $3700 worth of flooring and it arrived on time (actually I requested Zoe, Ben, and Trent to store it and extra month due to no place to put it due to construction). So far I have the smaller bedroom completed. And it look awesome! I believe you will be completely satisfied with “We Ship Floors” products.

After a ton of research reviewing many flooring samples, I found the supercore flooring to be head and shoulders above the rest. It is super resilient, made very well and extremely easy to install. I have received a ton of comments on the flooring. It gave my basement a warm and inviting feeling. I am very happy with my purchase.

Used this company to provide flooring for 20 unit condo complex. Five units have been installed. The product and service was excellent.

I just redid my entire home with this flooring. Overall I am happy with it. I have noticed that it does dent when something heavy is dropped, but it's much more dent resistant than the competition. I will be using this on future projects also.

We were replacing carpet in 3 rooms and needed something waterproof and pet proof. I did a lot of research, but was finally convinced to purchase SUPERCore SPC Napa Valley from WeShipFloors.com after reading Alan's many helpful posts here on the Houzz forums. I received my order in perfect condition in 3 days. I installed it myself with no problems at all. We've had it installed for about a month and my wife and I are very pleased.

I had been looking for flooring for my non climate controlled cabin for about 1 1/2 years when I stumbled across a forum on Houzz. I had already decided on SPC flooring but this forum solidified my decision with the help of Alan and his tremendous knowledge and commitment to educate people on SPC flooring. Alan was in China picking out flooring designs when I mentioned on the forum what I was looking for. He actually chose a design, had it manufactured and even used my name for the flooring! Supercore is beyond the perfect flooring and I can't recommend Alan and Zoe from Weshipfloors enough. My flooring arrived on time, across the country to Arizona in perfect condition. Elaine's Reclaimed Oak is exactly what I was after in a floor for my cabin.
