Ito Doors

This company is a SCAM! In December 2017 we paid a deposit on mahogany double doors...it is now march 2018, and they will not return any calls, or emails. Its like they have disappeared off the face of the earth! DO NOT give them any of your hard earned money. ITO Doors is clearly a scam and you will never t any doors.

Here is my review after dealing with ITO Doors for 5 months: I ordered the door in August 2016, paid with CC in advance. Just shipping was $599.00. When door arrived to the regional storage near shipping address, shipping company tried to charge me extra for lift gate and so on. I vent to pick it up my self and discovered that door was extremely damaged. I will try to include pictures. I refused to accept door in that condition. Shipping driver in charge agreed with me and recommended refusing to accept it. We did that. I tried to get a refund from them for a couple of months. They refused. Once they told me that this is how they do the business I contacted my CC bank and disputed the charge. That is still going on and I think they will try to play games for a while. DO NOT work with them. They are ordering things from China and selling them as theirs after you paid. Shipping will always be the nightmare and things like mine will always happen. I waited a long time to write this review, giving them a chance to redeem themselves. Not a chance. They are a slimy business with no business etiquette.
