Underhouse Management Ltd was formed by Ghedeon Costin in 2009. Ghedeon has excavated over 60 Basements in the past 11 years and has extensive knowledge in his field, is always willing to go the extra mile for his clients and he prides himself on being able to finish on time and on budget. Ghedeon attends all sites on a daily basis to brief the guys and make sure the sites are run safely and efficiently. He has recently qualified for NVQ6 Site Management, and has attended regular training courses over the years to build up his knowledge and better the company. Underhouse Management Ltd are accredited by FMB, Registered Delta Waterproofing Installer’s, members of the Considerate Contractors Scheme, and are currently registering for ASUC. We have over the years spent lots of time and effort training of workers to meet the current standards of: Basement Excavation, SSSTS,SMSTS, Asbestos Awareness, Confined Space Training, First Aid, Temporary Works Co-ordinator and Face Fit Training. Dan Church joined Underhouse Management in April 2016. Dan’s background was working in the Merchant industry for 15 years and he has extensive knowledge of building materials. Dan is currently undertaking his NVQ6 Site Management and is moving into site management under Ghedeon’s supervision.
