Jonathan Prins and his son (along with one assistant) did a wonderful job on my front porch. They arrived on time, quoted a fair price for the job, and were kind, professional and attentive to detail. They were respectful of a few plants I was concerned about; made a point of waiting until the pollen count had decreased so it would not stick to the paint; and kept in good communication which is important to me. The job was a 2 day job on the front porch where they pressure washed and sanded the front porch floor, stairs and railings/pickets on day one, then painted on day two. Jonathan recommended I paint the nails on the lattice prior to them arriving, so they would not rust and show through the white paint which was helpful. He did a half day touch up on the deck stain on our back deck and screen porch as well. They cleaned up nicely and left our place looking great. Will use them again in the future.
