Founded in 1996 In 1996, the owners of Cahaba River Trading Company, Inc. opened a retail store to sell home improvement products and services. Since that time, the need to do general home repairs has become more prevalent. We have well-trained estimators who come out to your home and assess what you need or want done to improve your home. They will provide you with a free detailed estimate of repairs. Once the job is awarded to us, they will send skilled tradesmen to complete those repairs. Most importantly, they will give you a warranty for most repairs (minimum roof leak repairs are generally not warranted). The length of the warranty depends on the repair(s) being made, but that will be discussed with you prior to the job being awarded to our company. When you call our office, you are usually greeted by a real person not a machine and we try not to use voice mail. Your message is normally taken by a real person and given to the individual you are trying to reach. We truly provide personal service. You are encouraged to come to our office and have a cup of coffee or a bottle of water while discussing your project.
