The bottom of my hot tub cracked and peeled about the size of a baseball. I contacted John and he told me he would repair it when he was on the mainland. That is months ago and I have been unable to reach him since then.

Paid these guys for a year to look after maintenance on my hot tub for an Airbnb. They raised the price 50% on me a few months ago which was manageable. Unfortunately one day they decided to never again show up or even answer their phone to let me know I needed to hire a new contractor. I get it everyone is busy. Sometimes good service is picking up your phone and telling someone your to busy to maintain their spa or pool. Instead I’m on the other side of the Country wondering how to get the key to my hot tub shed back. Would not recommend!
