Fred Black, owner, established Bluewater Landscape in 1986 with the vision of offering superior landscape design and installation to area residents. With previous experience in architecture and planning, and a position as supervisor at Western Landscape Construction (Valley Crest), Fred brings vast experience creating masterful landscapes both large or small. Fred works directly with clients and personally supervises all projects to make certain each landscape is as outstanding as originally envisioned. Bluewater will develop a plan for you in-house, or work closely with your preferred landscape architect or designer. In either case we will make certain the drawings on paper are properly installed by our expert craftsman with only the highest quality materials.
