These projects included transforming our fireplace into an entertainment center and converting our three-car garage into a recreational room/home office. Their communication, handling of subcontractors, and overall professionalism were truly outstanding. Joel's innovative design concepts and material suggestions not only saved us a significant amount of money but also ensured the projects were completed ahead of schedule. Throughout the entire endeavor, Joel proved to be an exceptional problem solver and an invaluable partner. Additionally, the painters and carpenters on his team demonstrated top-tier craftsmanship. We have used this company over the past several years for various construction projects on our home, on a residential rental property and a commercial rental property. Work is always completed on time and within budget.

My wife and I were impressed with the remodel that Joel completed on our neighbor's condominium down the street. The neighbors recommended him very highly. We are very happy that we gave the contract for the complete remodel of our condo to Joel and his crew. The project was completed within the three months time frame August to October, 2016 and within our budget. My wife and I did our own design and decorating (very scary at times.) Joel was very supportive and helpful while letting us do our own thing. He would not let us make a mistake. He payed close attention to details and insisted that his subcontractors meet his high expectations. The final product more than meets our expectations. Several months after completion my wife commented that she "could not find any detail that was wrong." That is high praise coming from my wife and I agree. Joel has more than earned our trust and respect. He and his family have become friends.

Our project was a complete renovation of a early 1970's condo. We had five contractors come in and give estimates. Joel spent the most time with us going over our vision of what we wanted to accomplish. He spent several hours measuring rooms, windows and going over plumbing and electrical needs. He even climbed into the attic to ensure the truss system was adequate to allow for the removal of a wall. His estimate was not the least expensive but it was the most detailed. We felt comfortable that his work would come closest to the estimates we received. As it turned out we went over budget but not because of Joel. We went over budget because of things we added and we needed to replace a concrete floor that was not up to code. This was discussed during the planning stage but not included in the estimate because we wouldn't know if it needed replacing until after the project had been started. It was however included in the plans that were approved by the city. Other than the expense, it caused no delay to the project. Joel was very easy to work with and very knowledgeable. His sub-contractors were also very good and easy to work with. I can not speak highly enough about the tile work and the cabinetry. Fernando, the guy who did the tile work, is a true artisan. We have been in our new inside house for three years and are still impressed with the craftsmanship from Joel and his crew at United Top Quality Construction. I have no reservations about recommending United Top Quality Construction to anybody.

Joel Juarez, of United Top Quality Construction has done several jobs for us at our house. He has always been very professional, and hard worker, and shown a great experience in what he does. The biggest one was to change of all the roof of the house, some rafters, fascia, wood damaged that needed replacement, and replaced 2 skylights, and installed 2 solar attic fans. They did a great job, and everything was done within the estimated time. Previously they built a roof for an external patio, that we have been using very much, It turned out very nice. He has done other different projects related with plumbing.

We just had new wood flooring installed by Joel and his crew! Fantastic job! Done in a day, jobsite kept clean and did not mess up any other part of the house. Quality of workmanship was top notch. I had installed wood floors in another room, and the money spent to have professionals do it was money well spent! Thanks United Top Quality Construction! I highly recommend them to anyone in need of home projects. I have used them for a few projects now and am never disappointed!

Joel and his team at Top Quality Construction, bravely took over a botched job by a previous contractor. The job included the entire first floor of our home, including kitchen. The team had to re-do a lot of bad work and continue what was left to keep it all cohesive. We went from tears to cheers!!! Our home was gorgeous when they finished. So professional and so proficient. We would highly recommend Top Quality for any job, and we will be using them for future work. Amazing!!!!!!

Company replaced the "paper" on our 30 year old roof so we could install solar. Every solar vendor that came out said the work was the best they've seen. Project was completed timely, within budget and the crew was professional. Definitely would recommend them without hesitation.

Joel Juarez and his company have done an outstanding job in every area they were involved including a new roof, painting, stucco repair, attic repair, etc.
