Do Not do business with this company. They do not stand behind their work. The opposite. They measured my glass incorrectly , even took back my glass to replace it but then changed their mind, kept my glass and my money Tom Basile deliberately avoids my calls refuses to return my calls or help . And after I have given them alot of other business. ZERO STARS

My experience with Precision has been a nightmare. I never write negative reviews because I would rather let go of bad experiences and move on. In this case with Precision I believe that I have been cheated of over $7000 and nothing to show for it. Precision was engaged to source, deliver and install glass in kitchen cabinet (2 cabinet doors), 3 steel French doors, and one piece of glass for a side railing for a staircase. For this work they billed me more than $14,000. I found out (from the supplier) that the actual cost of the material was about $3500. Here are the facts: 1. I paid Precision to order glass from Bendheim. They did not. They went to another supplier without telling me and delivered the wrong glass to me. I tried to stop payment on my credit card. Precision then said they would try to fix the situation. In good faith, I informed my credit card company that Precision would try to make good on its obligation, so the payment was released to Precision. 2. Now more than two years later, Precision still has not delivered any glass or made any installation. There was a lot of back and forth and when Precision secured the $7000 they said that they would install the glass if I purchased it on my own. I did so hoping to end this ordeal, and now about a year from that conversation, they still have not installed. They contacted me once given me less than 24 hour notice, because they happened to be in my neighborhood in NYC, to install. With such short notice I could not take the next day off of work and asked them to reschedule. This occurred more than many months ago and since then, they have ignored my efforts to communicate. I write this review not because of spite, but I really feel swindled by Precision. I had a terrible and costly experience with them.

We were very pleased with our shower door. They were very professional and our doors look great. If you are looking for a quality shower door with excellent service you've found your place.

I am very pleased with the look and quality of my shower doors. These are truly custom doors. I had other companies quote and measure, but they could not create the look I wanted, nor could they do the entire job themselves because it required tile cuts. While the doors are on the expensive side, they are worth it.

Precision Shower Doors has always been timely, technically excellent and a supplier that stands behind their products and services. I have personally used them on several projects ranging from simple doors to elaborate neo angle shower surrounds.

This past Saturday, My wife and I met with Tom Basile to spec a tub/shower door and quote it. What we wanted presented some real logistic problems but Tom worked through them and explained his reasoning in very professional engineering terms yet was easy to understand and follow. Although we went over budget, we will get a door that is exactly what we wanted and will last a lifetime. Precision is our contractor and Tom is our "go to" man. He has the working knowledge of his industry at his fingertips. A very good experience overall. Harv and Maddie Straus

After a horrible experience with Twin Glass in Egg Harbor Township, NJ we used Precision Shower Doors to redo our steam shower enclosure after removing the enclosure Twin Glass installed. Precision's enclosure was installed within two weeks after measuring and looks absolutely FABULOUS. I cannot say enough about our total experience with Precision Shower Doors. They were knowledgeable, professional and a pleasure to deal with. Their measurements were spot on!
