Our project consisted of a remodel of the Master Bedroom/Bath, Office, Living Room Fireplace Mantel and addition of a powder room and walk-in closet. I worked with Tina from the architectural floor plan layout to the detailed design including wall paint color, tile and cabinet selection, lighting and decorating. Tina's attention to detail and organization was extremely helpful and exactly what I requested being I wanted a hands off approach to the project. She is punctual, accessible and never took over the remodel with "her" ideas. She would gather what I wanted as far as the feel of the design and guide me to solutions. She made the remodel experience very enjoyable. Most importantly, her close association and experience with the construction side of the project created a seamless dialog between the contractors and the intended design. I loved working with Tina and look very forward to starting our kitchen remodel together!

We hired Tina for a total kitchen renovation and it was the best decision we made for our project. Tina is a true professional who is knowledgeable, incredibly organized, and maintains a demeanor of calm and ease under even tough circumstances. What we loved most about Tina was her ability to draw out of us what WE wanted most for our space. She inherently knows that the customer has a vision and a voice and allows that to shine through while providing the technical guidance and her extensive expertise to make it happen. Her communication through the process was impeccable and she made herself available whenever we needed her. Ultimately, our kitchen turned out even far more beautiful than we expected and we credit Tina for bringing it all together!

Tina is a gifted design professional. I really appreciate Tina's interest in meeting my husband and my taste preferences instead of pushing her own. Not only would she listen to us, she would get our tastes and put options in front of us that we hadn't even thought of that were perfectly in line with what we were looking for. What set Tina a part as a design professional, was not only her taste and responsiveness to us, but also her meticulousness and project management. Our bathrooms were successfully and beautifully renovated because of her. We loved our contractor too (Old World Craftsman - definitely look them up) - but it was Tina's ordering of the materials, overseeing of delivery, interfacing with the contractors and managing the punch list of outstanding items that made our lives easier and our bathrooms beautiful - as well as our master bedroom and guest bedroom! I cannot say enough about Tina. We will only be using her when making any design decisions about our house!

Ms. Harvey is FANTASTIC! We did a gut renovation on our 3000 square foot townhouse in Westchester and she was the lead designer on the project. The consummate professional, with excellent taste and communication skills. She drilled down into all the nitty gritty details that I just didn't have the time or the will to do and she came up with some beautiful stuff. This project took over 7 months and she never wavered. I cannot say enough good about her!

Having consulted with Tina in the past, we had no reservations in deciding to work with her on a large-scale kitchen renovation. We were confident that she would know not only how to design but also prioritize and see this project through to completion. In addition to being cheerful and friendly, she was always professional and quite knowledgeable in all aspects of renovation. Tina is a very patient person and answered all of our questions providing valuable insights and design ideas. In addition to being very easy to talk to, she had lots of creative ideas about paint color, tile design, material selection, usage of space and lighting that enhanced the kitchen project. Tina was involved in everything from countertop, backsplash and cabinet selection to paint and lighting schemes. Her contractors are fantastic and she did a great job communicating our vision to them. Thanks to Tina’s hard work and guidance we now have a kitchen that is not only beautiful but also functional. We cannot speak any more highly of Tina and will definitely go back to her for guidance in the future.

Tina Harvey is a warm, thoughtful, brilliant and creative professional. As a single guy, I had no clue how to go about selecting fixtures and finishes for my master bath suite. She walked me through every step with patience and a sensitivity to my own (developing) sense of style. She was totally hands-on, and many times offered to wait for workmen and deliveries when I could not be at home. Everyone on the job site is impressed with her blueprints and specifications - the best and most detailed design plans and specifications we have ever seen. And I do not give out compliments easily. Tina Harvey of True Identity Concepts is the consummate creative professional. She can solve difficult problems. I know because I asked her to correct our poorly designed en suite bathroom which had the sink in front of a window (with no mirror) and do it without eliminating any of the windows in the room. Added to that were my imposed constraints of budget, style and taste. She listened carefully and that was evident in her design options, selection of materials and creative solutions. Her attention to details was not only demonstrated in her design but project scheduling, contractor management, and issue resolution as well. Tina anticipated possible problems working in a early 20th century home so we were never blindsided as she had already thought of the contingency. We enjoyed working with her so much, we asked her to design our guest bathroom. We are so delighted with the finished product in our new en suite. Every day, it still says - "WOW".

Tina is a true professional. Her task was to help my homeowner prepare their home for sale by providing and easy to follow step by step checklist for de-cluttering and staging each room in their house. Tina's detailed list including photos was just perfect. The before and after photos are amazing and the home, 6 Walden in Rye, is on the market for $2.3M. Tina is my go-to staging professional, I highly recommend her.
