Tristan from their company came to my property for an estimate and informed me they have design service to my satisfaction. I paid for their service and expected to have interactive discussions with their designer to have the 2d drawing with measurements and 3d rendering for a better visual. However, it took a week before they came back with the revised drawing and when I tried to modify it the second time, Tristan told me I couldn't change any longer due to their limit. I realized they don't have in-house designer but hired one. His boss, James, agreed to give me last revision. I made complete comments overnight but James didn't pass the final revision to the designer and came back with a rendering in pdf. I asked them to make the final revisions and I will pay for it. But they never returned my email, calls, or text messages. Very rude people and lie about their designer at the beginning, they don't have an in-house designer at all. Wasted 4 weeks of my time. I had to hire a designer to redo my landscaping drawing.

We have been so pleased with everything Tony and his team have provided for us. From the initial design, to the implementation, to the ongoing maintenance. Everything looked great at the beginning and continues to do so........so much so that we get frequent compliments and requests for 'who did this great work?' Thank you!
