Kitchen to Bath Concepts

As a Kitchen and Bath Design Company, we have had the opportunity over the past few years to work on various jobs with the staff members at LCR - the Plumbing Warehouse. Their staff has always been very professional and timely with following up on plumbing requests, email correspondence, etc. They have been very diligent in assisting us in finding the right plumbing solution, in providing product information and with working out any product/order issues. Recently, one staff member, Rhonda Baird, went out of her way to give input and assist on a Seminar that we were providing -- giving her time on a weekend and after hours. This, I feel, is reflective of their custom service and "giving back to the community" attitude.

The staff at The Plumbing Warehouse helped me convert an existing master bath and make it handicap accessible - making it easier for the caregivers of our family to assist our aging parents. The tips and information they provided was priceless. Our final results were exactly what we needed - and more. They did not just help us with bathroom fixtures, but improved the daily routine of our parents and us as caregivers! Our project included the Kohler Hydro-rail to quickly add a handheld shower to the existing shower, hand shower, and Kohler Toilet seat with night light (not just for children!) The consultants in the showroom exceeded our expectations and had our product ordered and ready before the anticipated date. Thank you!
