We had a wonderful experience with Total Landscape Concepts. It was a pleasure to work with Aaron (designer). We had great communication through out the whole project. They showed up on time and worked all day long, and the crew was respectful and very professional. Always left the property clean at the end of the day. I Highly recommend them!!

My husband I hired this company for, what we considered, a major project for landscape in the most visible part of our property. We would never use this company again. What was to be a two day job turned into WEEKS! The fence was broken (and is still not repaired properly), the screen enclosure was damaged, screens had numerous holes, irrigation system was damaged. In addition, the plants were planted in the wrong places (even with a detailed drawing by the company). Some of the plants had to be replanted more than once. We were told the plants were guaranteed for a year and the company would return after 30 days to see how the plants were doing. We have never seen the company representatives again. Some of the plants have died, others are dying. We have attempted to contact by phone, email and text. No one has responded. What a major disappointment!

Of everyone I have hired over the years to work on my house these guys were the worst. They have no design ability. They did a horrible job and basically gave me mulch and weeds. They don't follow up. When I threatened the owner 6 months later he came out with new plan which would cost me more money. No apology just that my assigned landscaper was no longer with them. There are many good landscapers in south Florida pick someone else or you will be VERY disappointed.

I hired this company to lay pavers and install an outdoor kitchen in October 2014. Company charged full amount of job on credit line they offer through Wells fargo. Company told me Wells fargo require they charge job in full for offer; wells fargo later told me that is false. The job never got close to done, The outdoor kitchen is currently a concrete shell that has been modified on more than 4 separate occasions to fix structure according to original plans. I have to hire outside contractors to fix the job. The company submitted falsified plans to the City for permitting and I have to pay money to remove the work they did in order to fix it to code. They lied about ordering items and told me they were on back order for months and finally admitted in JUNE they never ordered the items. Wells Fargo thankfully gave me my money back because this company made false charges to my account and didn't deliver what they promised. I was given two week timelines beginning in February 2015 but that didn't account for ongoing contractor errors and inability to follow plans. They made excuse after excuse for ongoing mistakes and my outdoor dreams were turned into nightmares by this company! I finally fired them this month and should have done it months ago! To put into words the experience is difficult. I attached pictures to show you this project was paid for in full in November 2014 and until June 2015 the company held my money and did not complete the job by any stretch of the imagination. But try to imagine this area covered with granite, with a 40" grill, double side burner, farmhouse sink, stainless steel cabinets, etc and then try to find any of that in the pictures and you'll be hard pressed. They held my money for 7 months and I'm thankful to have it back. However, I am now going to make an effort to protect others because when I searched the internet for reviews about this company I found none. I thought that was better than a negative review - I was wrong. Avoid them at all costs!!!! They talk a good game but their work is shoddy, they are deceptive in their practices and they don't deliver on their promises.
