We developed a new technology that allows us to cover surfaces with a virtually indestructible material. Baxab’s high resistance allows an intensive and prolonged use, it’s ideal for renovations, dwelling, shops, showrooms, restaurants, hotels, and other high foot transit places. Major problems with the quality of this product, scratches, chips easily and product starting to wear after less than 2 years of being down in a domestic setting. Definitely does not do what it says on the tin and is not a hard wearing product. We have tried to get the company to redo poor work but it is excuse after excuse. Be wary, the marketing is good.

We have remodeled two bathrooms. They are professional, carrying maybe the best flooring product I've ever used. They where on time, budget and they leave the property clean and organized. If any issues occur after installation, they quickly resolve the client issues. I had high expectations and they lived up to them.

Really poor customer service and really poor product. Our floor was less than 7 months old when it started showing signs of blistering, cracking and rings. The product is sold as indestructible but in reality it’s far from it. Worst of all is the inadequacy of their customer service team. They just want more money and are not setup in the Uk to deal with customer complaints. I would not recommend this company until they act as a company who cares. Happy to post photos of the floor.

I am absolutely thrilled with my new floors covering installed by Topcret! Joel helped me select a beautiful colour and finish for my floor and that would also work well with my underfloor heating system. He explained what to expect from the installation. The team even installed felt pads on my furniture in order to protect my new floor from damage. Joel provided daily progress updates and photos so I could keep track of work that was completed while I was out of town. When the job was complete, it was nice to see that they cleaned up after themselves. They even gave me a bottle of their floor cleaner and directions on how to keep the floors looking as great as they do now! Rachel

A friend recommend us Topcret. We renew all the apartment floor in a few days. We opted for Acero color and now without joints looks like bigger. It´s really easy to clean. The team did a great job.

We have had this product now for 1 year and have got so many dents and scratches in our floor. The advertising is not correct as they say it is virtually indestructible however anything dropping on the floor causes dents and chips. We have 2 little boys and you can imagine how our floor looks like now. We got in touch with the advertising agency and topcret was ordered to take the video down as well as remove the word indestructible from their advertising but nothing has happened. Until this day they don't reply to our emails nor requests for a refund as the floor is not fit for purpose. Ursula Furtenbach Wanstead

The product is misadvertised as virtually indestructible. In fact a knife or fork dropped from the table will cause a dent/chip. The furniture in the room as also dented the floor. They have been back and redone the entire floor once but the problems are still happening. Finishing has been poor with wobbly lines where it meets the walls. Now they are ignoring all communications and have not provided me with the guarantee.
