Tommy Taylor has been delighting customers with his metalwork for the last twenty years. His custom metal fabricating company, Taylor Made Iron, is inspired by his passion for world architecture and extensive industry knowledge. We are hands-on with all phases of production, bringing exceptional insight into teamwork, design, functionality, timing, and cost. We offer reliable service and everlasting products. Taylor Made Iron is experienced in fabricating every type of metal, including iron, stainless steel, brass, and copper, as well as, reclaimed or recycled materials. Our projects range from commercialized railings and decor, to residential balconies and entryways, to art pieces and garden ornaments. Our goal is to make your vision become reality. The gate to our front walk broke off the hinges. Contacted Tommy at Taylor Made Iron and he was able to diagnose the problem from a couple of photos (the hinges had been installed upside down causing the grease to leak out). He quoted the job over the phone for considerably less than another company had quoted. We scheduled a time and he and his team came out on time and did a great job. We were so pleased we asked him to give us a quote for a couple of small custom gates off the back patio. Again, same great result. Tommy and his team were a pleasure to work with, communication was easy, and they did everything they said they would do and did it well. Highly recommend.

We had a traditional staircase and wanted to update and upgrade it by replacing the wood balusters with iron balusters and iron pattern designs. i contacted 5 wrought iron contractors from L.A. to San Diego. Half of them wouldn't listen to my ideas and job/design preferences and tried to up sell me on more expensive materials and designs. Tom listened, understood my concerns and design, made suggestions for some prefabricated materials that were less expensive and where to get them , worked WITH me throughout the entire job. His crew has been with him for years and are reliable and good. Everyone communicated promptly and followed up on my concerns. My wife and I

Working with Taylor Made Iron was an experience I will not soon forget. Tommy is not only great at his job he also has a creative side to him. If you are not sure of designs or how something will look, Tommy takes the ball and runs with it. He is extremely professional and hard working. Taylor Made Iron was an excellent company to work with. They custom made an iron kitchen hood for my stove. It looks and works great. Their work was to perfection and extremely artistic. Have not had any issues. They were also reasonable compared to other companies. They also completed the job and delivered when they said they would. I will definitely be using them again for any other iron works.

Tommy at Taylormade Iron Completed a major Gate , fencing and misc, decorative iron project ,exclusively for my company.. The Project lasted for over three years and ran into the hundreds of thousands of dollars, Although the work was very time consuming, never once did I hear Tom complain. .I would highly recommend Tom and his company to anyone looking for quality, professionalism and timeliness. Tom was a true professional when our community was looking to replace our gates. He listened to us when we described what we were looking for and honored the budget that we had to work with. The design options were exactly the direction of what we wanted. He explained the materials that would be used in terms that we could understand. Our community is very proud of our entry gates and we have had compliments for many years.

Tommy was very professional and did an excellent job on our community's pool enclosure. Also his prices and workmanship can not be beat. Based on what a good job he and his crew did I hired him for more work that he also did a great job on . He is now hands down the only company that I would hire if I need any more iron work done.
