Tolwey

We first used Tolwey in 1998 to build an extension to our bungalow, a suite of rooms over a flat roof. The original building now some 20yrs old was in Swanage hand made bricks with raked out cement work and we wanted the new to blend in,this was achieved to our satisfaction. We were very satisfied with the craftmanship and we were happy with all the men working on the job. Since then we have had Tolwey back to do some smaller works one small extension, one major internal change and a major maintenance job, cladding all the external woodwork.Once again all the work was carried out to our satisfaction and within budget. As we have come to trust Keith Tarling we are now in the process of getting his firm to see to a number of maintenance jobs in the property rather then us looking for different tradesmen ourselves.

Keith and co built an annexe that was subsequently converted into another dwelling with all the doubled up services etc built in in advance.It was a challenge for both of us but he stood up to the plate took the job on and later came round and divided the now 2 houses with a new staircase etc.Not the run of the mill job.Finishes very good and contacts for demolition,plumbing,electrics helped.
