Tobi Fairley's Inbox Interiors is the best thing that has happened to us as first time homeowners. To date, we have completed eight Inbox Interiors projects. Our projects include a formal living room, dining room, media room, playroom, patio and three bedrooms. We recently ordered two more Inbox Interiors projects. We plan to use this service to complete the design of our entire home. Tobi Fairley and her team consistently deliver beautiful and functional designs. We are so proud of our home and receive so many compliments from our guests! We are pleased at the attention to detail each project receives. We also appreciate that they work within our budget for each project. Even still, the most impressive part of Tobi and her team is how easy it is to work with them. No matter how large or small the project, they always treat us like valued clients, which means so much to us. We are glad that we took a chance and tried something new. We highly recommend Tobi Fairley's Inbox Interiors!

We used Tobi Fairley's inbox design services to decorate our new home in Glencoe, IL. Tobi Fairley's team was really responsive and easy to work with. Tobi's team designed three rooms for us - our family room, our living room and our master bedroom. Their instructions for how to manage the process were helpful and their process for figuring out your style/likes/dislikes and budget were seamless. They were extremely thoughtful in regards to what works for a family with 4 children and existing pieces of furniture/rugs we wanted to incorporate. We now have three really beautiful rooms filled with color, energy and pattern - which is exactly why we hired Tobi Fairley in the first place. Everything was measured perfectly, colors were thoughtfully considered and the books that arrived were gorgeous and very helpful so we could order the pieces we needed to finish our rooms. Thanks to Devin Drury and the entire Tobi Fairley team for helping us feel at home in our new house! We are thrilled.

After purchasing an Inbox interiors design, I was excited to get started, The small living room budget was $15,000. The proposal was more than 30% over the requested budget to complete, since the proposal did not include window treatments or shipping. The chair fabric was $176/yd. After ordering, Ballard Designs could not match the pattern on the chair.The ottomans were higher than the chair, making them unusable except as extra seating. The "problem area" called for an expensive console that would have the mdf showing in the adjacent room. Calls and emails to the company failed to resolve the problem. My custom design was 30% over budget and many parts were unusable. Pretty book though.

After reading you review above, we have to note that this information was quite a shock to us considering that your Inbox Interior was done almost four years ago. We have had no contact with you in all of that time, and despite your review here, we have no records at all that you contacted our offices about your issues with the project. If you would have come to us sooner with your concerns, we would have been more than happy to accommodate you. We do keep emails for at least 5 years, and a search of those emails only show that you contacted us with excitement once you received your Inbox design.
We also would like to note that although your review says the budget for the living room was $15,000, the paperwork that you submitted to us said that your budget was $25,000 to $30,000 - a significant discrepancy. And the total we submitted for your Inbox project's product was $22,231.
While we understand your frustrations, we think it's unfair for you to portray this situation without the full context. We hope you'll at least consider editing your review to include the fact that this work is several years old, and you chose not to contact us about it previously. If you have any further concerns or comments, we're always happy to listen.

Tobi and her team have been involved from the beginning of the project to the end which includes all aspects from drawing plans to designing the interiors! I am currently working with Tobi Fairley on our 4th project together. I believe that anytime you go back to the same Interior Designer that many times, it speaks volumes of how positive your experiences have been over the past 10 years with them! Each and every home that Tobi and her team have worked on for me have been the most enjoyable and professional experience of my building process. Tobi is always included at the very beginning with my contractor and a working relationship between she and each of them has always been well received. She is now working on my 3rd complete house renovation and just like the other times, it is going so smoothly and the end result is something I cannot wait to see. From room drawings to fixtures to furniture and fabrics, she is a one stop shop for my entire house. I trust her explicitly with all aspects of design and she never fails to go above and beyond what I thought was her best. My husband and I have loved absolutely everything Tobi has ever created for us. I know that when this house is finished, we will be just as pleased. Tobi Fairley and Staff were not only very talented designers, which was expected, but their level of business knowledge as well as time management were impeccable. They delivered everything and more! It was a very rewarding experience and our project is stunning.

Tobi Fairley Interior is the most professional group of individuals I have ever worked with. Tobi is creative and business savvy. I have admired her work for years and when we completely remodeled a 6000 square foot home, she decorated the entire house. She interviewed all members of my family and decorated each room to suit their likes and needs. Tobi is dependable and extremely talented. I would absolutely use her again.
