Purchased fridge and matching freezer drawers from Specialties. Smashed corner on freezer top drawer was inspected by salesperson WHILE STILL IN ORIGINAL SHIPPING PACKAGE and he determined only "cosmetic" and was going to order new top drawer. THAT NEVER HAPPENED. When professional appliance repair inspected unit it was found to have "deformed" cabinet an would never seal properly. Specialties did NOTHING but put me off. Now I must deal directly with Summit/manufacturer. Specialties did NOT keep promise to take care of ANY problem. Double talk. Delay. Unethical. Not recommended.

I have been working with Specialties Showroom for over a decade. They are very knowledgeable about all of the appliances. Give you good recommendations base on warranty and service calls. They follow up with the client to make sure they know how to use their appliances and are very nice.

They don't keep their promises. That have cost new many hours and dollars because of their mistakes, and they refuse to fix it. I am now looking into my legal options. Take my advice, stay far away from this place.
