Prices for Hunter Douglas blinds vary little, where the costs differ are in installation charges or repair charges. 1.5 years after purchase from TFB my Duette Honeycomb (wand-less) top down/bottom up blinds failed miserably where the bottom up stayed DOWN. I called TFB before calling HD, TFB said my blinds were past THEIR service warranty so I would incur a $114 repair charge, $85 if they came out to get the blinds. Calling HD support they said the cords have 7 years and should incur ZERO charges for 1.5 year old blinds. They referred me to Windows, Walls and More who repaired the blinds for FREE because they were under HD warranty. It took only 3 days, I know where I'm going for more blinds...

We would like to apologize for any inconvenience. There are certain procedures that are followed to ensure the best possible solutions to any challenge.
Any dealer service fees are estimations based upon descriptions provided at the time of inquiry. Every inquiry is handled in the same manor with information and providing possible fees.
With any purchase that’s installed has a one year service warranty on the installation. As a courtesy, within the one year service warranty period, assistance is provided on warranty of the product as well. If the challenge of the product falls out of that time period than service call fees apply.
Warranty of products is determined by a certified technician. The warranty guidelines are provided with the purchased product. If the product is not within in the guidelines than dealer service fees may apply.
In research there is no record of a service call made or any knowledge of a visit to the dealer ship.
Again, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you.
