The Cabinetry and Tile Studio

We hired The Cabinetry to update our master suite. Chuck and Becky were wonderful to deal with. From the first time we walked into their showroom they were helpful, knowledgeable and easy to talk to. It felt like dealing with friends rather than a contractor. Chuck made sure that everything was done to our satisfaction and never made us feel anything was too small to address. All of the sub contractors were professional, dependable and trustworthy. The quality of all the work was excellent, especially the tile work in the shower. I would recommend The Cabinetry without any reservations and will definitely use them on our next project.

I am extremely happy with my bathroom remodel from the early planning stages to the finished project. We took so much time in the planning process and so appreciated Chuck and Becky going back to the drawing board when we kept thinking of more details to enhance our bathroom. Chuck provided us with a timeline so that we would know what to expect each day. I have never known a contractor to be as professional and knowledgeable as The Cabinetry folks. We have lived in our home for 30 plus years and have dealth with other contractors and have never had an experience as exceptional as dealing with Chuck and Becky. We would recommend their services without one hesitation.

The Cabinetry, specifically Chuck and Rebecca Bailey, turned our small, dated shower, into a modern spa-like shower with updated fixtures and tile with decorative accents. The work involved a major tear out of existing walls and shower fixtures, cultured marble and Jacuzzi tub. Not only did he provide a detailed estimate of the work to be performed but his price was fair and reasonable. He provided what we wanted and offered suggestions on ways to improve our ideas. Chuck provided a detailed time schedule which was adhered to by his subcontractors. We knew what and when the subs would do their part of the project and the work was done timely and well. Chuck supervised all the work and if something was not to our liking, he would change it to satisfy. Chuck and Rebecca were very easy to work with, kept their promises and provided us with a shower that continues to get rave reviews from our friends and neighbors. .

When my husband and I decided we wanted bookshelves and cabinets in our living room, I picked a picture out of a magazine of what we wanted and got a few estimates. From our first consultation, I was impressed with the professionalism of Chuck and Becky at The Cabinetry, and we decided to go with their expertise. I observed Chuck doing a meticulous job of measuring, much differently than the two other cabinet men who had given me estimates. My confidence in him was well-placed. His Christian integrity is evident from his humble desire to please and from his daily visits to make sure we were satisfied with the work. He worked his gifted crews around our schedules, as well. We love our living room! We have our retirement "happy place" now.

Great working with Chuck and Becky, They were so helpful in helping make some final discussion. Our time line was right on and if I changed my mind they were always so positive and helpful. Would recommend them again . The knowledge of the job being done and professionalism was always number 1 in their book. They took extra steps to be sure that I was pleased. I have received phots but have been unable to view them, still working on that step They made it so easy to go to their office anytime I could get there and always made me feel like I was not a problem even if it was after closing hours.

We are ecstatic at the results we have gotten from our bathroom remodel project. Recently, my elderly in-laws moved in with us. They were not able to safely get in and out of the existing tub/shower we had We needed a solution that would give us the peace of mind that they would safely be able to take a shower. Chuck listened to our concerns and was able provide us a design that was perfect for our situation. The workers used by The Cabinetry were awesome. They were respectful of our home and very friendly. From the team that did the demo and rebuild, to the person installing the tile, to the plumbers, and to the team that installed the glass door, each were wonderful. They cleaned up after themselves each day and showed us each day exactly what work they had done. Chuck was continually in touch with us throughout the remodel by phone, email and visits. I would highly recommend The Cabinetry to anyone. In fact, I told a coworker about how great of a job that was done for us, and now she is working with Chuck to have work done in her home.

We could not be more pleased with our remodel - so much so that I'm eager to have them back to remodel the master bath. Please reach out if I can provide a reference! Our project consisted of ** the best most amazing kitchen - including a new giant (but proportional) island that now has power for the microwave, ice maker and extra outlet for mixer or other appliance and single bowl under-mount stainless steel sink. The kitchen is really where the expertise of the Cabinetry was INVALUABLE! A wink-wink "bless their heart" to our original builder (ha ha), but the cabinet over the refrigerator didn't fit a normal size counter-depth refrigerator (seriously) so we had hacked away at the old cabinet to try to force fit our old refrigerator. Chuck identified the problem immediately, said the refrigerator pocket was not standard and was able to remove that single section of cabinet, match the look of the adjacent cabinet - which saved us money (we were able to keep much of the existing cabinets), and fix our problem seamlessly! More importantly, when demo revealed undiscovered water damage (and some mold - eek!), my desire to try to keep my existing lower cabinets (to save a little money) was out-weighed (mid project) by the ick factor of possible mold so we wound up replacing the lower cabinets with drawers. It was an audible - but Chuck was quick to provide a solution, wasn't phased by my change in plans, and delivered ultimately the favorite thing about the new kitchen... drawers! Soft close, well organized, no more climbing around on my hands and knees hunting for pots and pans (like my old cabinets), best thing ever drawers! ** new engineered hardwood in the entry, dining, living, kitchen, breakfast, and hallways. What we love most is the wide and narrow plank design as well as the super particular installation. During the project, our usual exterminator was by for routine maintenance and he called recently to see if he could come by and see the finish -- he too was really impressed (and had no reason to care one way or the other). ** new guest bath for my mom, who has mobility issues. The old 1 piece shower/tub was removed, they reinforced the walls for a stylish but helpful grab bar, moved the old tub drain for a shower drain, completed beautiful tile work, replaced the toilet, vanity, upper cabinets and fixtures throughout. We picked oversized subway tile for the shower, which was inventively laid vertically. it was unexpected, but we love it and given the small space, probably the only option. We did have a tiny little wrinkle here in that the glass door installer accidentally set up the door to slide from the wrong side, but Chuck caught it right away and they fixed it-- no problem. Also, the glass has this wonderful product that doesn't spot or streak - WOW! Not something we would have known to ask for but we marvel at how wonderful it is every time we clean it - so easy! ** At the end of our project, we asked Chuck about shutters and we selected these great wood-look shutters - also presented by The Cabinetry. It was the perfect finish to the curb appeal of the house. The shutters are split so Hannah-dog can still bark at everyone driving by without having the whole window open, and they really block out a lot of light and heat for the front of the house. Chuck would tell you that great customer service isn't about delivering perfect service every time, but in always doing the right thing when something doesn't go quite right. With due respect to Chuck, it's a little bit of both in my mind and The Cabinetry couldn't have delivered a better project in my opinion. I'll be the first to tell you, I obsess over details and worry about making a bad decision. Chuck and Becky were patient, committed to giving us just what we wanted, measure twice - cut once kind of people. I trust them. I love their work and I can't imagine the nightmare if I hadn't found them on Houzz.

So happy we went with The Cabinetry for our Starmark kitchen cabinets. We decided to go with them because of all their good reviews and we weren't let down. Chuck and Becky are consummate professionals who truly want their customers to be happy. From design to installation, our project was not a simple job, but they handled everything great and were a pleasure to work with. The project came out great and we highly recommend The Cabinetry.

The Cabinetry was highly recommended to us, so we sought them out to remodel a 60's era bathroom in our home. We were very impressed with their professionalism in handling our questions and concerns and decided to hire them. They gave us a price, a time-line, and a promise to make us satisfied with the work, or they would make it right. The workers showed up on time and did what they were supposed to do. Although we/they encountered some problems along the way, each problem was handled to our satisfaction and, for the most part, kept on schedule. The only delay was caused by difficulty our tile mason had in working with and cutting the tile that we had selected. But, as promised, it was done correctly and to our satisfaction. All of the people that Chuck and Becky have working with them are very good at their jobs. We highly recommend this company and look forward to hiring them again for our next project.

The Cabinetry installed and tiled our shower. We are very happy with the results! I would recommend them to anyone!
