The Cabinet Finishers

My husband and I were very happy with The Cabinet Finishers. Tim Knoppe came to our home with sample cabinet doors and patiently held them up for us to see and answered all our questions and concerns. They then gave us a start and finish time which they strictly adhered to. Two young men came and removed doors and drawers and again our concerns and questions were patiently addressed. Three days prior to our finish date Rory Knoppe (as promised) came and protected appliances, cabinets, etc. with paper and plastic sheeting. He then proceeded to refinish our cabinets. The third day the drawers and doors were returned and put back. We had Gosia Schermerhom glaze them. She sent pictures of a sample before beginning. Gosia did an amazing job and we’re so glad we had the doors and drawers glazed. From beginning to job end, The Cabinet Finishers were a class act. I’ve already been asked for their name and number by several friends after seeing my kitchen. Simply put, the cabinets turned out better than expected and we love our kitchen!

I can't believe how The Cabinet Finishers transformed my kitchen! They changed dark cabinets and trim into a gorgeous white, bright and fresh-looking space and I couldn't be happier. Tim and Gosia were knowledgeable and professional in designing the project and Ethan and Stephen were absolute artists in prepping, painting extensive crown molding and cabinet boxes, and reassembling doors and hardware. They gave great attention to every detail and were courteous and pleasant. Their process is well organized and methodical in removing and reinstalling doors, hinges and hardware. Very impressive company to work with and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for this service.

The Cabinet Finishers did a "fantastic, professional" job on our three bathrooms, and especially our kitchen. Changing from your standard oak finish to a nice, bright white on all the cabinets was the right move. Our one bathroom actually had the counter cabinet done in black and it turned out awesome! We couldn't have been more pleased with Ethan, Rory and Drew. What a great family business which really expels their want to make sure the customer is "completely satisfied" with the end product. These guys explained the process up front, along with the timing. They produced the end product 'exactly' as quoted, to include timing. First, I would like to compliment Ethan on the excitement he shows when doing his job, his dad has got to be proud!. Second, the complements that we have gotten from friends and family assures us that we made the right choice in going with The Cabinet Finishers. Hey Ethan, we're spreading the word!! The Cabinet Finishers is a wonderful, professional company. Between all of my bathrooms and my laundry room, they painted 67 doors and drawers as well as the front and sides of each cabinet. Now 22 year old cabinets are modern and bright. The timing was as agreed upon. The family members who did the job were perfect with containing the dust and smell. Of course they cleaned up when the job was complete. This was a great solution to saving money and not replacing the cabinets. Work with a well respected, hard working family business!!

Work was done on time, on budget with professionalism, cleanliness and friendliness. The weather outside was lousy but the cabinets turned out great and the work was inspected and fine-tuned a week later.

What a transformation! Sure glad we chose TCF—they cost a little more, but the finished product is totally worth it. TCF made the entire process—from the initial estimate to the completed job—a pleasure. The promised timeline was adhered to, and every employee we dealt with was great. Steve and Alex were awesome, they even cleaned up when they were finished! We will definitely recommend The Cabinet Finishers to friends and family!

We just had our kitchen completed by Melvin and Rory. I have to to tell you they transformed our home into a show piece. The job was well done and both were very professional and made us feel totally at ease with the whole process. Zero regrets at all. We had a floor installed prior to them coming out to paint the cabinets, they were sure not to disturb that project, they then came back to complete theirs! Now that’s customer service. Well done guys!!

The Cabinet Finishers were a pleasure to work with. Everyone was extremely professional, from the salespeople who came for the initial consultation to the crew who came to finish our cabinets. The finish crew, Stephen (with a PH) and Kevin where outstanding. Their work was meticulous, the cleanup spotless and they kept us informed as to the process along the way. We couldn't be more pleased with the results and will recommend TCF to anyone and EVERYONE!

Great Job. Unfortunate interruption due to Corona, but TCF worked with us to quickly work thru it. Kitchen and main bath oak cabinets were completely refinished and look brand new. Some minor hassles with dust, smells, etc, but worth it in the end. The crew was easy to work with, friendly, polite, and knowledgeable.
