I have worked with David Barth for well over a decade on at least a dozen projects. His work for us has consisted of surveying, measuring, drawing and occasionally detailing existing conditions of buildings that our office is retained to add to or renovate. David documents the projects thoroughly with accurate field measurements, photos, and notes and translates the information into beautifully executed and accurate CAD drawings, plans, elevations, sections, etc. His drawings are often the basis for our proposals and revisions to the structures and we have always relied on their accuracy and clarity. My clients and my office have always been thoroughly pleased with the turnaround time and the superior quality of work. Furthermore, David's training as an architect is invaluable when a building's concealed spaces (chases, structure) or complex geometries need to be analyzed into 2D drawings. I hope to continue working with David on many more future projects.
