Sandy and her staff of "That's So Rich" are a pleasure to deal with. I needed window treatments for my kitchen and living room so we went with relaxed roman shade valances with woven wood shades underneath. They look amazing! My husband and I are extremely happy with the outcome. I will definitely recommend Sandy and will be using her services again in the future.

I can' say enough about Sandy Bergstrom of That's So Rich'! We hired Sandy to revitalize a large kitchen with 20 year old wallpaper that leads to a sun/living room with large half moon windows that were causing fading and making it impossible to watch tv during the day. We've had several decorators through the years but no one had a good plan until Sandy. She picked a beautiful paint color for the walls,a rugs and fabric for curtain with a liner that almost meet the ceiling. Everything is functional and gorgeous and she is honest and reasonable. I think my husband summed it up best when he said finally someone normal and good at her job!

I've worked with That's So Rich multiple times. My projects have included full remodeling to fabric/accessory details. The designers at That's So Rich respect my taste and offer their advice to enhance the space. The installers are clean, polite, and professional. My overall experience with That's So Rich has been excellent and quite enjoyable.

Awful customer service. She screwed up the drapes and wanted me to pay extra to fix her mistake. Then once we came to an agreement, she screwed them up a second time. She wanted the project paid 100% before the work was done. She had to come back multiple times and even when I have problems, will not answer my calls. I would never recommend her.

Sandy and her staff are great. She helped me with window treatments and bedding at my beach house in Ocean City and then traveled out to my home in Pennsylvania to do more work where she designed window treatments for my bedroom. living room and kitchen. She is so good at what she does.......just has that 'eye' for fabric and design. I would recommend her for sure.

Sandy has a fantastic way of envisioning rooms as you would like to see them. Her taste is impeccable, and she coordinates pillows, blankets, and has even purchased furniture without me being there. She then brought it over herself, set everything up in our room, and voila, it was complete and looking gorgeous. I would highly recommend Sandy to become your interior designer, because she is extremely professional, understands what needs to be done to make your home beautiful and is willing to really listen to what you want. Sandy Bergstrom is a real joy to work with, and I will definitely be utilizing her services again.

I am a repeat customer of "That's So Rich" and I have recommended them to friends. Sandy is talented, knowledgable and respectful of your needs and wants. TSR first helped me choose a rug, chair pads and curtains for my kitchen and most recently helped me with a living room redo. Appointments and work are completed in a timely manner and the custom work has turned out beautifully!!

I had shutters in my home in a couple rooms and wanted to finnish the rest of the house. I told Sandy I wanted the exact same shutters through out the house. They stated in a room upstairs so after a while i went o see how they looked. I told Sandy something wasn't right they were not the same. She insisted they were. i went downstairs and measured the shutter and showed her she had the wrong ones. They made no move to stop or correct the situation. They continued and I did not know what to do. I felt sorry for Sandy as she would have to absorb the cost. Later I realized they did not even function the same so I was really upset. What was the purpose of spending all that money. sandy said she would correct the situation but to date has not. I realized when it comes to shutters she does not know her product.

I contracted Sandy for first floor window treatments and custom upholstery amidst a pretty extensive home renovation. I was stressed, overwhelmed, and all the other things you feel during major construction. However, above all the other things I can say about Sandy, she made it easy, and enjoyable. There were so many fabrics and styles, I assumed I would never make a decision, but she provided the best kind of guidance: she understood what I was looking for and she did the work for me.
Despite a lot of work finished at the house (and we are very happy with the whole outcome), "That's So Rich" is the only entity I am taking the time to review as her service and expertise are exceptional. And, while there is a lot to see in my home that is now very different, the window treatments get more compliments than anything else. Highly recommend.

Sandra was very professional . Her company did an excellent job. My job was completed on time. My husband is a builder and I worked with a lot of different companies and would use them again.

Some of the exceptions I made for her were that she purchased several sale pillows that were clearly articulated to her that they were a final sale and she would not be able to return them. After purchasing them she called me and asked if she could return them. I made the exception and accepted them back from her.
She also purchased custom window treatments from me. She came in several times with her mom looking for a deal on drapery panels I had in the store. I gave her a great price, but she wanted blackout and I told her they wouldn’t work considering they were an unlined, eyelet fabric. So she picked out an expensive fabric for her draperies and wanted to use her existing rods to save money. I gave her a price on the draperies and installation. She had her mom come in to try to negotiate a deal with me to get the draperies for less money. Once again I went against my policy and gave her a discount on the fabric, even though it was not during a sale period. She gave me a deposit, but did not want to pay sales tax, so she used a tax exempt id number from her mom’s clothing store in Margate.
The draperies were fabricated and installed. She blew up my phone with calls saying she didn’t like the light coming through the existing rod and the ceiling. So I asked my installer, on his personal time, to go to her home in Philly, on Saturday to see what the problem was. They determined she would need to purchase a ceiling mounted rod to cut down on the light coming in above the rod. Michelle then refused to pay me for a new rod which was not in the contract and also wanted to call my installer to negotiate a better price on the new rod and reinstallation with him.
Of course, that’s not the way I conduct my business. So, I had her pay for the rod and installation before we came back to install it. We again did what we promised and installed the ceiling mounted rod and rehung the draperies. She again called me and said she was not satisfied; there was a crack of light where the drapery meets the wall, even though the fullness of the drapery was correct. So once again, my installer and I went back to her home to resolve the new issue. At no additional charge to her, my installer took the draperies down and I returned them to my drapery workroom to have Velcro put down both outer edges of the drapery so there was no possibility of any light coming in, at my cost, not part of either of the contracts I had with her. My installer reinstalled them and we thought at that point Michele was satisfied with the project.
I always stand behind my products. I wish Michelle would have, and still can, come back to me to rectify any other issues she has with the project.
