About Us

Founded in 2003, Tricia Tedio-Smith Interior Design specializes in residential interiors. Developing new construction or refurbishing an existing home through remodeling is Tricia's passion. Tricia Tedio-Smith, Principal of TTS Interior Design, was born in Chicago, Illinois. She has lived in Southern & Northern California for the past 25 years. Now residing in Corona del Mar, she holds a Bachelor of Arts from EIU. She continued her Education at the Interior Design Institute in Newport Beach, California. She is an member of ASID & NKBA Value of Interior Design Services: - Personalized service to clients desiring the finest workmanship, materials, and design - Develops strong design team between architect and building professionals - Experience in interior and exterior end-use materials - Creates continuity in all phases from planning, development, construction to finished project - Individualized home that becomes your "Essence of Style"

We had the pleasure of working with Tricia while designing our new home this past year. She is an excellent listener and was quick to understand our preferences and taste. I found it very easy to discuss personal design ideas and then together she helped us create our design plan. I was quick to see she knows quality, and she knows how to stay within budget which was very important to us. We were completely satisfied with her professionalism and would recommend her unconditionally to anyone in need of creative, professional interior design work. Even after the home was complete she stayed involved and helped us turn our house into a home with new furnishings. My husband and I love our home and surroundings and we owe that creativity to Tricia's trained eye and expert design skills.

Working with Tricia was an incredible experience. She helped bring our dream home and vision to life. She was incredibly knowledgeable with resources all over our region, and beyond. Her creativity was so appreciated since I was always looking for something "just a little different". Tricia was instrumental in our house build from the ground up and we will be always be so grateful for her patience and experience, both of which we cold not have done without.

Tricia is amazing! She has helped me update my entire house, one room at a time. One of her many talents is listening to her customer and focusing on the customer's style. She is flexible and helpful whether you're looking for a single piece of furniture or an making over an entire room. She does an exceptional job of keeping contractors on time, and will make sure the job is done right. After seeing her work, my entire family has used her services as well as many neighbors and friends.

We've been working with Tricia for many years. We started with a mater bedroom/bathroom remodel and have used her for all our remodeling projects. She has great vision and collaborated with me on design styles. We recently completed a full kitchen/family room remodel with spectacular results.

I have thoroughly enjoyed working with Tricia Tedio-Smith. She is creative and has transformed a dull house into a beautiful home, that we love. Our "new to us" home needed a face-lift to reflect our style of comfortable, yet classy and accommodate large family gatherings. Her attention to detail and her selection of colors and furniture created stunning rooms. She was able to incorporate some treasured heirlooms into the design as well. Although, the majority or her design work is completed I still rely on her guidance and knowledge for new projects that we hope to tackle.

We have worked with Tricia Tedio-Smith Interiors for about 10 years on many projects including two Bathroom renovations, family room, and kitchen renovations. While her strengths as an interior designer are many, the greatest strength for us was that she took the time to understand our taste and then applied that to each and every project. She designs a room for our taste and not her taste. She stays within budget and works to include the highest quality materials within that budget. We would not consider any renovations or projects without her input.

Tricia is the designer that we hire for Wichert Homes and to help with the staging of our listings. She does an outstanding job and has been a huge part of our success. She is in touch with the real estate market and does an exceptional job of knowing current and future design trends. We feel that she is the best designer in our area.
