Prep and paint of exterior of 2-story house I had put this off for years because I couldn't decide on a contractor. I finally realized mine was the only house in the development that hadn't been repainted, and we had been here 20 years! I wanted somebody relatively local with a good reputation, and found Certa Pro. There was a lot of prep work (which I expected) but it wasn't as expensive as anticipated, and it got done quickly, as did the paint job. All workers were efficient, polite, respectful of the landscaping and thorough about daily cleanup. The estimate was right on. The house looks great.
