We had to have our A/C and Heater replaced and hired Advent to do the work. They did a beautiful job, very professional, installers extremely knowledgeable and they stand behind their work. It was a pleasant experience and I do trust them to stand behind the work they did.

The gentleman that came out to service my air conditioner was very nice and respectful. He told me my air conditioner was working at less than half it should be. He asked me if I would be open to talk with one of their "comfort care" representatives. My unit was the best that could be obtained 20 years ago. Air conditioning has vastly changed since my unit was installed! I live in Texas! I was driven to shutting down my heating and cooling unit last year in June when my husband passed as I literally could not afford the utility bills to run it! Advent Air came out and gave me a reasonable price without pressuring me to buy from them. I told them I would get other estimates, (I did) and they asked me to let them know if chose someone else. I could have paid a smidge less if I went with Sears, but I did not like their bullying tactics.

Great Professional service, called their after hours for service and talked to a real person who came out to fix air conditioner right away. Very hot evening and so glad to get house cool. Great follow up to be sure all was done properly. Would recommend Advent Air for sure.

Advent Air Conditioning installed a new air conditioner in our home. The installers were very professional and wore booties to protect our floors. They had all the technology to install and test to be sure all worked great before the left. What was amazing is they told us we would save 30%-50% on our electricity bill and during hot, hot Texas summer our bill did drop 50%. Great way to save short term and long term. Their follow up scheduled maintenance care has been great and on time. Would recommend them to all.
