The project was done impeccably and was exactly what we asked for from the custom work, they were accommodating and professional. the project came in at the anticipated cost and it was very reasonable. We would absolutely use the company again for any project of this nature. They were also very timely and arrived when expected and communicated smoothly about all aspects of the job.

Excellent craftsmanship, excellent job and they say what they are going to do and do it;amazing! We felt what we got was good value, and Chip was very patience with us after half a dozen designs we finally got exactly what we wanted. I hired Tailored Living of Central CT to procure and install a closet solution in a non-standard sized space. Chip was able to come out, take measurements, and architect several solutions that would maximize the space within my pre-set budget. After choosing my favorite, Chip ordered the products, and installed within his original timeline. The design came out wonderful. I am extremely pleased with the look and function of the solution, and was very impressed with Chip and his company through every step of the process. Chip designed, and he and his team installed for me, closet organization systems for both of my sons and for my master closet. I had a relatively tight timeline (needed them to be done so we could move things in before the holidays) and they were there, with 3 days to spare, and did an awesome job. The materials are of very nice quality, their installation was flawless, and the value for the price is absolutely excellent. My closet (into which he designed a vanity table) is like a little oasis, and I honestly cannot believe how well everything, which completely overflowed the old space, fits so beautifully (and with room to spare!) After a few weeks I figured out some "tweaks" I wanted to make to the design, and Chip responded right away, was able to order the extra pieces I needed, and get them installed before I knew it. I could not recommend Chip and Tailored Living any more highly!!

Chip and his crew get A+++ review for their professional job on our 2400sqft residential garage showroom. They went above and beyond to accommodate our needs and time frame to get this finished. The product far exceeded our expectations. The colors are brilliant on our floor and exactly what we asked for. Chip and his team were a pleasure to work with. His team were the upmost professionals. They respected my property and laid down tarps and carpeting where ever needed. They cleaned up as they went, they also cleaned up and took all their trash with them at the end of the project. I watch them work for two days to install my cabinets to perfection. We will be using them again to help remodel our new home office.

Chip has done a fabulous transformation for my garage. I am a no-nonsense person that knows what I want and is involved in the design. He worked with me as he designed several lay outs to choose from along with my options for colors. The floor looks great and is easy to clean. He arrived the day he said he would and finished within 3 days as he said.(Even staying until 9:00 PM) just to finish so I could leave for vacation. Overall, Chip and his assistant were professional, polite, and skilled. I felt comfortable from the first time I met him.
