Tailored Living Featuring Premier Garage

My garage work (floor, walls and cabinets) was done beautifully last Friday Sep. 28, 2018. I am very satisfied with their work, service and some other extra help. Steve's team is professional and polite. Besides the wonderful work, it is affordable. Also, Steve is a great honest person!!! I made wrong calculation on the balance (to give him more), but he pointed out and didn't take the advantage. I highly, highly recommend!

Mark and his crew were great. They left no mess behind and did the little extras to make the final product look great. They ground down the old garage floor, leveled it and applied the epoxy and install a wall hanging system expertly. I'd recommend Mark and his team to anyone including my family members. The work was completed on time and on budget.

I worked with Mark Flood for my garage make over project and it was a wonderful experience. I picked Tailored living after a detailed comparison with 4 major players in this field.They offered me a complete solution which include Garage flooring, Cabinets,Hooks, motorized tire rack and concrete steps. We had to go through multiple design session to finalize the design and he worked patiently to provide best suitable option for us. His professionalism and quality of work through out the design and implementation phases are outstanding. He was very accomodative to the changes required and also he went extra mile to arrange the trim plates required for the finished look which was not initially planned. I would highly recommend them.

We did a small pantry and needed to keep a full size fridge in the layout. Mark was great providing different layouts and ideas when I was trying to gain the best optimal shelving space. They customized shelves to fit exactly what we needed. There were very clean, wiping and vacuuming up all the shavings from installation including wiping down the shelves. Even though this project was small, I still felt like we had 100% attention and focus from all of the staff. We would highly recommend them!

Mark and Team were great! They installed the aluminum OMNI Track wall storage system as well as coating of the cement garage floors and base-boards with an epoxy sealer, which has really improved the finish and overall look of the garage space. Mark and his team invested the time to get the job done right and on time. Really appreciate the greatly improved use-ability of the garage!! Moved to an older home where closet space wasn't well thought out. Contacted Mark for an estimate and some design ideas to make the space work and he did not disappoint. Came up with a great solution for all of our closet space and installed well built solutions to take care of all the issues for the different clothing both my wife and daughter have. Highly recommend!!

I contacted a couple of companies to meet with me to explain and quote on having our concrete garage floor (and concrete stem walls all around) resurfaced with an epoxy and coloured flake finish. Dealing with Mark, all was explained very clearly, the colour choices were ideal, the price was in line with what I expected. He worked with my availability for the job to be done and then the men who showed up to do the work were very professional and did a great job that looks great.

I had seen their ad a few years ago, so contacted Mark when I moved recently and needed help organizing my garage. Mark came up with the right option to fit my budget and needs. The work was scheduled and completed quickly, with no need for me to be home. On site, Steve was responsive to my questions and some unique requirements and adapted the original design. The result is terrific! I have a shiny, very functional garage that I proudly show off to friends and neighbours.
