Tiffany Cassidy designed the interior furnishings of our Massachusetts home. She blended furniture design and accent colors which beautifully enhanced our historical new England home.

Working with Tiffany has been an absolute delight! We built a home in St. Thomas and she has been a tremendous help in accessorizing as well as helping with drapes, shades, and furnishings. She has a wealth of resources and always comes up with the "perfect" thing for whatever spot I am looking to fill AND is very cost conscious. I hired Tiffany Cassidy of Lagnappe Custom Interiors to help us with decorating our newly constructed home. She was a wonderful help with our furniture, fabric selection, window treatments, and finish detail work. In addition to her creativity, knowledge, and professionalism of the architectural and design industry, her knowledge and ability to find items which can be shipped to St Thomas was invaluable. Tiffany was well able to maintain an established budget and has been an absolute pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend her to anyone who is considering a project in the US Virgin Islands.

Last year, we hired Lagnappe to design and supervise a complete gut renovation of our condominium in St Thomas. This was an extremely difficult and challenging process for us because we were off island during most of the time when virtually all of the work was done and had to rely heavily on e mail exclusively to exchange views and approve design and concepts. We found them a pleasure to deal with and readily available as needed. The results were superb and Lagnappe handled the complete execution of the project on time and on budget from soup to nuts. We could have not been more pleased in their ability to capture the island and beach feeling and ambiance that we were seeking. Their insight into what materials and treatments work in on island and in this climate were invaluable. An added bonus was Lagnappe's ability to source and arrange for the installation and integration of our complete media and communications requirements. Dealing with this kind of project in St Thomas requires someone who knows and can access the necessary local resources available and then arranging for shipping in that which is is not locally available. We would recommend them without hesitancy or qualification.

We hired Tiffany from Lagnappe based upon another project of hers we had seen. We could not have been more pleased. An initial concern of ours was that this second home project was being done largely by remote and e mail. No problem, the project went off without a hitch. Tiffany truly captured the casual, beach style we were seeking, and we have found the design to be very comfortable and easy to care for. A real plus was bringing in David to source, integrate and install our communications and entertainment systems. David was also able to set up a remote system for security and HVAC. WE WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS TEAM.

In the latter half of 2011 I hired Tiffany Cassidy of Lagnappe Custom Interiors as Project Manager and Interior Designer for a complete floor to wall to ceiling renovation of my beachfront condo. My goals were to create a unique beachfront experience combining oceanfront living with a very upscale, clean, mix of high end fixtures, energy efficient appliances and LED lighting, clean European lines and mid century furniture mix. Tiffany took the ball and ran with it -- managing every aspect of construction crew, cost effective purchasing of materials and appliances, stellar choices of kitchen, tile and bathroom fixtures, complete interior and implementation of bathrooms, assisting in selection / purchase / and delivery of all furniture, and fully accessorizing condo. In short, I left in June for the summer and came back in October to a turn key stunning condo with the beds made, dishes / glasses / pots and pans purchased and put away with organizers and towels draped and ready :-)) All of this was done in such a cost effective / conscious manner that I could not have done this myself as inexpensively and gotten this level of quality and finish as the pictures of this project attest to on her website. I would recommend Lagnappe Custom Interiors without hesitation for any project management, interior design, furniture selection, drapery or complete turn key renovation. In fact, I am planning on hiring her for my next house interior renovation for the rental market!
