I couldn't be more happy with our decision to go with Sunset pools. They are straight shooters that stand by their promises. They aren't the cheapest but in my opinion a better long term value than other companies my neighbors and friends had used the same summer. Our Project manager was a pleasure to work with and made the installation process as painless as possible and never over promised... I highly recommend requesting Filepe as your project manager as he was our main contact from dig day to completion and was a pleasure to work with. As for the POOL itself Gorgeous! We also added an outdoor kitchen, fireplace and expanded our pack pation with a pergula with Polytop to keep out rain.

Our pool experience with Sunset Pools was fantastic! Taylor did a wonderful job of listening to our wish list and bringing the vision to life with a beautiful design. She also did a great job in guiding us through the selection process. She has been around the pool industry her whole life and it shows. Felipe was our project manager and he did a great job with all of the trades and making sure that our project was moving along as scheduled. He was very honest with us when communicating all of the details. Sunset Pools has some very long tenured trades that do quality work and it shows. We have been using our pool for almost a year now and we haven’t had a single problem. Our family is loving having such a wonderful pool.

Great company. We worked with Kevin Knott, he made the process sound easy. It was with a talented team behind him. Tori Pool, their scheduling person, kept us informed. We we’re excited every day of the build to see what else they would do. They use an app to keep their clients informed and it is absolutely fabulous. Would I’ve done something different? Yes, I would. Kevin made some suggestions that we turned down and looking back I would’ve said yes. We made one change order because of Kevin’s vision and we are so happy we did. So, my advice to you would be: listen to your designer. You hire them for a reason. We love our pool, pergola and travertine deck. Thank you!

Sunset Pools was fantastic to work with! The team was professional & communicated every step of the way! Our pool, deck, pergola & landscape came out exactly how it was agreed upon. Even when there were a few “road blocks” the team worked through it & got it done! Amazing group! We use our pool & backyard every day, we are thrilled!

We just had our second pool built by Sunset and it was another wonderful experience, from design through to completion. Kirstie is so creative with the design, working with the space you have, using computer graphics to show exactly what is possible. Robin and Tori were wonderful to work with, keeping us updated with the schedule and responding to all questions quickly. Ricky was awesome as our project manager, extremely knowledgeable, on site often, patiently answering our questions, and making sure the project moved along. The subcontractors they used were all excellent and professional. Also included is pool school led by 2 very smart and very patient people. Honestly deserved a 5 star rating!

Sunset pools did an amazing job on our project. We looked at many other companies and Sunset was by far the nicest, most welcoming place with reasonable pricing! Taylor designed our pool, fire pit, and spa to fit our yard and match our house perfectly. She was extremely helpful during the entire process always going the extra mile to make sure we were happy! Our project manager George stayed in close contact and always made sure everything was running smoothly. Tori immediately answered any questions we had throughout the construction process and kept up with all of our scheduling. From the initial design meeting, to talking prices, and starting the actual job was all done in good timing and they always made us feel comfortable. Very trust worthy staff that will make you feel right at home. I will recommend them to all friends and family. We love our new backyard !!

Our experience with Sunset was flawless! The design exceeded our expectations, especially with our irregular shaped lot. Adam and Sonia were so easy to work with as their attention to detail and prompt communication made us feel like we were the only clients! We are extremely happy with our Sunset Pool. The icing on the cake was the purchase of our outdoor furniture. The Ledge Lounger product is great quality and very reasonably priced. Sonia created several great design options for our space. Her attention to detail here was also impeccable as she even sent furniture samples to our home allowing us to make confident final decisions.

We completed an outdoor living area and pool project with Sunset Pools in February 2018. We’re so grateful we found Sunset and we’re absolutely thrilled with how everything turned out. Sunset Pools made our dream backyard a reality! Everyone we dealt with at Sunset Pools was awesome and the client service mentality really showed in every interaction we had. The design team, the office staff, the project management team, and the various subcontractor crews were all the best at what they do. Every construction project has challenges and the true test of a builder is how they deal with those challenges. Sunset was extremely responsive and really exceled at making sure all our concerns were fully addressed from the beginning of the project all the way through the startup of our pool. During the design they listened to our desires, no matter how bizarre (pool chiller, bar stools built-in to the spa, heaters in the covered patio, etc.), and incorporated every single one of them into an amazing design. During the construction process we received daily updates on all the upcoming construction activities and our project manager did a phenomenal job of making sure the finished product matched the design perfectly. We highly recommend Sunset Pools!

I have known Adam and Sonia , owners of Sunset Pools for many years. They built my pool in the year 2000. To this day they are helpful with questions. When we were building our pool, during a horrendous rain storm, I was alarmed to see someone in my backyard. it was Adam in a slicker putting in a pump to remove the rainwater. That service sold me. Sunset Pools was contracted to construct a new residential pool and spa. Adam's design was fabulous, well thought out and rather unique relative to the other pool contractors that looked at this project. All the customer needs were incorporated and the design fit well with the natural setting in the area. The scheduling was flawless and we ended up with a high quality build a full week ahead of the contract estimate and exactly on budget with no cost over-runs. All the contractors who worked on the project were very respectful and very professional. I would not hesititate to use Sunset Pools again and have recommended them to several friends already.

I had Adam design the pool, yard and BBQ and he built all as promised and on time/budget. No question in my mind I would use him again, and recommend him to my friends.

We are pleased with our final product which was a large lagoon ppol, waterfall, cabana with bathroom, fireplace, kitchen, and travertine decking. Landscaping of the whole yard was also done through Sunset pools.

We recently contracted Sunset Pools for a backyard renovation effort. This included a large pool, spa, outdoor kitchen, and outdoor living area. The whole experience wa an absolute joy. From the initial meeting for design input to the final walkthrough, the professionalism and attention to detail was without compare. The process started with simple conversation regarding what we planned on using the area for and what are "must haves" and "would likes" were. We have an unusal shape to our yard area and the design team was able to visualize a beautiful functional space that exceeded our expectations. The construction process was well timed and on budget. When there were complications with subcontractors, the matters were handled expeditiously and with little to no effort on our part. Our project manager and scheduler were very helpful and knowledgable and I felt extremely comfortable with their work. The craftsmen who worked on site were very courtious and it was evident that they took great pride and satisfaction with their work. In fact, the owner of the company made multiple visits to ensure we were satisfied at every step of the process. I can't state enough how satisfied I am with not only the final product, but the process as a whole. I couldn't imagine using a different company for this type of work.
