SUBURBAN FENCE

We chose Suburban based on a very high recommendation from a trusted person, however, many aspects of our experience failed to live up to expectations. First, we gave Suburban the initial check 2 1/2 months in advance and expressed our desire to have the fence finished by a certain date. After many emails on our part, the date was pushed and pushed and ultimately the fence was not completed by the date that we had requested months earlier. This may have been more palatable had Suburban's communication been more timely, however, after many emails and few responses (he never calls or answers his phone number), we had to literally show up at his place of business in order to jumpstart the project. After the job was finally completed, it looked good and we were satisfied, until we looked closer and saw that nails had split the wood on at least 7 cross braces and one post was split. Overall, we are disappointed with our experience with Suburban.

Suburban Fence is the best! We have had 3 different homes all with Suburban Fence. They all still look good as new and solid as ever. Joe has the best price, quality materials and top notch design. Always a pleasure to work with Joe!

Suburban Fence constructed a beautiful cedar fence for our backyard almost ten years ago that has stood not only the test of time but six children as well. The fact that it is standing is a testament as good as any I could offer if one fully comprehended the pounding it has taken from soccer balls, baseballs, ect... plus the fact that the kids never actually use the door but climb over the fence to retrieve errant balls, frisbees, and other items of childhood play. The fence continues to serve us well and we could not be happier. It should be noted that Suburban Fence's owner, Joe Olla, also went out of his way to join and support us when we needed to present the idea of the fence to the Village Board who grants approvals for such things. We are very happy with Suburban Fence and recommend them in full confidence.
