I would highly recommend Staged & Sold for anyone that is looking to sell their home. Linda went above and beyond my expectations. My house looks AMAZING!! She is very talented and knows exactly how to decorate so that the pictures look great. Within 24 hours of listing my home, I had 7 showing requests and I believe this is all due to the staging. I have been in the real estate industry for the last 10 years, buying, renovating and renting properties. So, every property I bought, I held on to. Now, I have decided to buy, renovate and sell. Linda does a great job with choosing a color scheme to compliment the walls and floors and creating an inviting environment with her choices of furniture and the placement of it. Her furnishings, accessories and magical touches transformed an empty, cold dwelling into an irresistible showplace. I was contacted by an agent to show it to buyers in only 16 hours after posting online. The pending sale will close tomorrow, because it was the perfect home for this couple. Linda made it all happen and I couldn't possibly say enough about her professionalism, conscientiousness and attention to detail.

Linda staged my home. I was amazed at the difference her expert arrangement of my own furniture changed the whole look of my home. She created rooms that could be displayed in a magazine, She came to my home three times. She toured my home and then came back to explain her plan. She wrote detailed instructions about the furniture and decorations that needed to be re- arranged, She came a third time to help make the changes. She brought items of her own to enhance each room. She changed my laundry room into an warm and lovely room by adding a small chest, a chair, a plant and a picture. She was always on time and responded to any questions I had in a timely manner. She is the kindest person I have met. She went out of her way to make me comfortable with the changes which in some cases hit a sentimental nerve because of the length of time I have lived in my home. I would recommend her to anyone. One of the nicest, competent, and truly gifted interior designers. . My home looks wonderful and I have had many showings since she revamped of my home.
