Had service done by Joseph on Monday Aug. 22nd as our air was not working anymore. He was so nice and cordial and fixed the problem really quickly. Also I talked to Steve in the sales department who was so nice and helpful in getting someone to our house a.s.a.p.

Luc and Loic just left our house after resolving a heating problem with our heat pump. I want to let you know the service was excellent. Both men wore masks and clean rubber boots, fixed the problem and tested the system 3 time’s to make sure everything was good. They were polite and clean. I was very pleased with the entire experience. Lorne Bessner

We had S&S install a new heat pump and furnace this past summer. Everything worked well until a couple of days ago. After the first snowfall, we had a problem. I called S&S around 4:00 PM and they confirmed that we would be the second call the next morning. They arrived and within 15 minutes the problem was fixed. We had a chunk of frozen snow fall off of our roof and right onto one of the blades of the fan. They cleaned it off and installed a "Snow Guard" to prevent any more problems. Great service and very nice and polite workmen.. i highly recommend them.
