We have been recommending Southern Kitchens to our clients for a number of years. We have yet to find a cabinet supplier who can match the balance of quality and cost. Even when issues arise (which as design professionals, we know inevitably happens), Bill and the rest of the team work hard to remedy them as quickly as possible.

Southern Kitchen helped put together a large new kitchen for a rebuild last year at this time. Bob met with us several times and put together an AMAZING, beautiful space. He was helpful, clearly has expert experience and offered useful advice. And there was absolutely no pressure to upgrade or choose anything we didn't care for. Everything that we ordered was on time and of high quality. Bob was on sight for the install and made quick corrections for a few small things our contractor did incorrectly. This is one of those rare companies that does exactly what they say they will do and does it well. A year later our cabinets are performing perfectly and look like new. I would use Southern Kitchen again without reservation.

As a long time established interior design firm in the Washington Metro Area, I have worked with many teams on countless projects. My kudos go to Southern Kitchens for their design capabilities, product offerings, customization and family ethics. Their team has produced not only my personal kitchen, but those of many of my discerning sophisticated clients. They have not only produce Kitchens, but home offices, bathrooms, bars, pantries, laundries, mud rooms, and miscellaneous built-ins as requested. I would encourage anyone in the market for such items to give them a try! The only reason I have not given them 5 stars is there can be a lag in communication and timing which I have urged them to refine. Often this is due to issues out of their control with manufacturers - but they ultimately hold the client's best interest in high priority, however some of that does not get communicated effectively.

Southern Kitchen in Alexandria VA understands kitchens. From the first question, are you right or left handed, to explaining how spice drawers work and how to install crown, our kitchen design works. It is the easiest kitchen to cook in ever! The Mouser cabinets are amazing. Our carpenter said these cabinets were easy to install and hang. And they are beautiful. We chose euro style and gained inside cabinet space. The team of SKI with Mouser is the best.

Errors, delays and poor follow-up made project (new build) a nightmare. Cabinets came many weeks late, many items (trim, cabinets) were missing or wrong size and had to be ordered further delaying project by weeks. There were significant problems with the quality of the Mouser cabinets. Installer surmised there were several issues with the manufacturer. Drawers and doors had to be reset and adjusted. Opening for refrigerator was 4 inches too wide causing the need to have to order new fridge as Cabinets and counter-tops were already installed - an additional cost of 6K. SK never remedied the deficits as promised. A lot of lip service ..

I had interviewed several kitchen designers and received basically similar plans. Bill R came out to give ideas and asked if was okay to "think outside of the box" He came up with a unique and functional design that no one else had thought of. We had challenging design requirements that required removing and adding walls. Bill was very helpful and pleasant to deal with. You always hope that nothing will go wrong but usually something does not meet your expectations. We ordered a spice cabinet that did not work as expected. I rate a contractor on how they deal with unanticipated problems. Bill R came up with a great idea to fix the problem at no charge to me and I am very happy with the fix. Great company with very good service. I love my kitchen and never tire of the complements. Would highly recommend Southern Kitchens.

Southern Kitchens went above and beyond to help us create beautiful spaces in our newly renovated house. Bill R's careful attention to detail made all the different in our project. We were able to get a superior custom product at a price comparable to big box stores. They worked with me to design a custom laundry room, butler's pantry, kitchen, master bath, and guest bath. I'm very happy with the outcome and thankful for Southern Kitchens's excellent customer service.

My first stop for anything kitchen or bath related. Bill & Bob are incredibly knowledgeable and very easy to work with. I couldn't imagine another kitchen in my house besides a Southern Kitchen.
