SnapSports® Athletic Floors & Outdoor Courts

Five years ago, I hired SnapSports to install an outdoor sport court at our cabin in Bear Lake. We rent the cabin as a vacation rental. The court gets very heavy use and has held up remarkedly well. After the court was installed, and after I had paid for the court, I had a small warranty issue. I called Adam Drost who immediately responded and took care of the issue, no questions asked. Over the past 5 years, Adam continues to respond and provide misc. items needed for maintenance. I could not be happier, and I recommend the company to anyone who wants a durable sport court at a decent price.

I would not recommend this product! I own an indoor gym in Kentucky. After only 4 years we started to notice some of the tiles starting to cup and deform. I contacted the company and they sent replacement tiles. I contacted them again and again as more and more tiles have started to cup. The company will NOT stand behind their product and they are offering me 50% off retail new floor. The pictures below speak for their self! I spent over $25,000 for the court and paid additional for their company to install it properly. They will NOT stand behind their product!!!

Updated Review: We have had the court installed for about 3 months now and I can’t keep the kids indoors – they love their new court!. We too are very happy with the tiles and the ease of their installment. Most importantly, I want to highlight the company’s amazing response to my complaint. They have gone above and beyond my expectations to address my concerns and to help me fix them. Here are some of my observations and recommendations: Court: We chose the BounceBack tiles as the only purpose for the court is to play basketball. We have been very satisfied with the quality of the tiles and their response. We chose Green color for the main section and kiwi for the key. We absolutely love the color! Court Installation The court arrived via freight shipment on a 4x4 crate. The packaging was easy to remove and the installation key is included in it. The tiles were connected in 4x4 squares. I was able to carry each of these 4x4 squares and lay them on the court using the installation key. Attaching the squares is a piece of cake – they just Snap in! Real easy and you don’t even have to bend down. I installed the 34ft x 25 ft court all by myself and no tools needed. Some recommendations: 1.When you attach 2 tiles together there is always a little gap between them. Why care? When you add this gap over 30+ rows and 20+ columns, it’s a meaningful amount. Consequence, my courts is about 4 inches broader and longer than I expected. We are going to trim it back but I recommend anticipating it and discussing it with your sales rep to size your court correctly 2.Take some extra time to install the first row of titles to make sure its perfectly straight. I only realized my court was a little tilted when I got to the end. 3.Keeping the hoop anchor outside of the pad will make it easier to install and fit the court. We did not and it created some challenges which are unrelated to this product. 4.If you have had lines painted on your court, request that the sales rep proactively send you the pictures of the court. Seeing your court installed in the picture will make it easier for you during the installation process as you can visualize what the completed court should look like. Containment System (Fence) Installation: Works super well. It does need diligence while installing to make sure its tight. Once installed well, it work really well. Just wishing I had it covering all 4 sides of our court - project for next summer. Finally, I have to applaud the company for their response after my initial complaint. They have been in constant contact with me and have addressed all of my concerns and even sent out staff to address it in person. Again, a response far exceeding my expectations.

Just had our gym floor installed. They exceeded our expectations.. They stuck with their quoted price, paid close attention to every detail during the laying, cutting and striping of this amazing flooring. If your looking for a great multipurpose surface for any application you have found it. You will be impressed with their professional service and amazing flooring!
