Shelly Tallack Landscape Design

Shelly graduated with Distinction from the Oxford College of Garden Design, where she trained in Garden Design and Architecture. When designing gardens and landscapes, Shelly strives for balance between style and functionality; enjoyment and maintenance; and culture and nature. Shelly also holds a Doctorate in Marine Fisheries Ecology and her interest in garden design goes beyond aesthetics to what fits the landscape in terms of its surrounding environment, wildlife and ecology. Shelly takes sustainability seriously and whenever possible, her landscape designs include environmentally beneficial materials, plantings and approaches. With a passion for nature and being outdoors, the phrase ‘gardens for life’ speaks to Shelly’s philosophy that a garden is a place to be lived in, enjoyed, loved and valued by its people and nature, for years to come.
