Amy totally transformed the house with her furniture and styling, it looked beautiful. The house sold at the first open house and I'm sure it was because of the interior and back deck styling. If you are serious on selling your property ask Amy to stage your property, well worth the money.

Getting Amy at Sapphire Living Interiors to style our new spec home to sell was the best and easiest thing I did in regards to the sale process. Her styling insights brought out the best in the home showcasing the large areas as well as the niches where a few key home wares made the place feel very warm and homey. I won't sell a house again without Amy's help and expertise.

To maximise the potential of selling our house we got Sapphire living in to style it. To be honest I wasn't sold on the idea to start with but what a transformation. Amy made the house so inviting I didn't want to leave it. Amy listened to all the different ideas of family members and managed to make everyone very happy. Amy was always very professional, friendly and understood exactly what we wanted. Cannot recommend this business enough, if you need a stylist for any reason give them a call, you won't regret it.

Amy has such a knack of knowing exactly what to put into a property when she is styling/staging a home, to enhance the presentation and to portray how buyers could visualise themselves living in the property. Amy has staged and styled 6 properties for me and somehow manages to "theme" each property to suits it's style or location. Every time we show buyers through properties that Amy has staged, we get great comments and feedback from the buyers. I certainly recommend Amy and Sapphire Living Interiors to any property owner.

I can highly recommend Amy and her team, she did an amazing job staging my home for sale. Very professional, helpful and talented. Her furniture and decorating items are high quality and looked fabulous! I would certainly use her again, great job!!!!!

Amy was prompt, courteous, and full of creative ideas about how to show the property at it's best. She was a pleasure to deal with and made such a huge positive difference in the sale of our house. Many open-house viewers commented very positively on the presentation. I would most certainly recommend this company to anyone selling their house.

I couldn’t recommend Sapphire Living Interiors highly enough. On a personal front we have used Amy to style our own vacant investment property prior to marketing. I believe we achieved a sale price well over our estimations due to the appeal of her styling both online and in print. We saw a great response to our first open house with three offers and a subsequent sale! Professionally, our real estate businesses have used Amy on many occasions and we couldn’t be happier with her services, styling and the results it brings for our clients. The properties when styled always generate great buyer engagement due to the way they present both in their marketing campaigns and during inspections. The subsequent results speak for themselves.

Staging of new home for sale in a beachside location in coffs harbour. The process was simple, Amy was excellent in her communication and delivery of the whole process. Nothing but positive comments from prospective buyers.

I honestly could not recommend Amy from Sapphire Living Interiors any more highly. At our initial consultation she showed her in depth knowledge of home styling and staging to get a successful sale. She also gave us so many tips and practical advice to get our home ready and looking it's best. Amy worked with our existing furnishings to bring an extra sparkle and style to our home adding finishing touches and did a full staging of an empty room that perfectly complemented the existing style of our house. We were so happy with the result, and the pictures were beautiful- our house sold prior to the first open home and I am certain this was in no small part due to Amys fabulous styling.
