My mission as a designer is to make each job a fun, creative and satisfying experience for the client. I consider each project a journey of sharing by paying special attention to your dreams and desires and providing you with fresh and innovative design solutions tailored specifically to your needs. I offer a full range of design services from consultations to complete home renovations and do so with an easy-going, enthusiastic personality. I favor elements that allow for comfortable living - clean lines, lush color, and intriguing textures in a variety of styles, all leading to beautiful, inspired practical spaces.

We have worked with Sandy for the past 15 years. She has helped us redesign almost our whole house; everything from simple color and fixture changes to a complete kitchen/family room/laundry room/bathroom reno and a redesign of our outdoor patio (including plants!). Sandy has a wonderful eye for current trends and the ability to find what you are looking for at a variety of price points. She is well connected in the design and construction community and is very attentive to the whole process!

You will never be disappointed. If you want a look that is “smashing”, attention to every detail, the right eye for color & decor Sandy is your choice of decorators. She can work with any price point, resources for materials and great relationships with both industry professionals and past clients. I have personally had every room in my house touched by her beauty both professionally and a great person. You won’t be disappointed.

My husband & I have LOVED working with Sandy Nelson over the past 15 years on EVERY room inside our house (some areas twice!), as well as, outside areas. She helped us select paint colors, wallpaper, lighting, cabinetry, furniture, decorative accessories, etc. Sandy has recommended painters, contractors, landscapers, etc. and manages the projects too. She is always a thoughtful & respectful professional considering our likes, dislikes, budget, timeframe, current furnishings & family members including pets creating unique, comfortable & special spaces for us, family & friends to enjoy.

We worked with Sandy over a period of about 5 years as we updated most every room in our home. We started in the kitchen by removing dated wallpaper, updating with quartz countertops, backsplash tile, light fixtures and hardware for the cabinets. Then onto FR, LR and DR, wood floors, new sofa, new fabrics on upholstered chairs and beautiful window treatments! MBR and bath were next. Sandy's talent with colors and flow are amazing. She even helped us with new exterior double doors and exterior lighting. She led us through the process with her unique knowledge, budget awareness, professionalism and an ability to move the projects along at a pace we were comfortable with. Sandy is a JOY to work with and we wouldn't hesitate to call upon her again.

Sandy is great to work with. She's always on time, keeps her appointments and is up on the latest trends as well as knowing what I want. Her prices are fair and she does her homework to find the coolest fabrics for furniture as well as giving advice on what rugs to use or what granite tile to use.

I have worked with Sandy for at least 20 years! We have done a kitchen, bathroom, several bedrooms and a family room! Sandy also worked for my mother who was extremely particular about all aspects of her design jobs. Sandy is excellent at understanding client needs and putting them into action. She is always just a phone call or text away; responding quickly to questions, and eager to resolve anything that comes along! I also used her design skills at the library where I work, and she was instrumental in helping us plan our space for our library patrons. From hanging pictures, to helping lay out furniture plans, Sandy is a true professional with many resources at her fingertips!
