We just had our Nipomo windmill painted by Arturo, Luis, and Refugio of Browder Painting Company. Our three-story structure plus 30' diameter windmill blades were not an easy job. Yet the painters were friendly, professional and went the extra mile to make our house look fabulous. I give them five stars because six stars is not an option. If ever you need the exterior of your house painted, ask for Arturo, Luis, and Refugio. They are not just painters, they are artists.

After getting three bids, we recently contracted with Browder Painting to completely repaint the exterior of our home, a three-color scheme, open eaves, plus the rails on the deck which we had stained. We also had our kitchen cabinets repainted along with the bookshelves and cabinets in the family area. So, we had two crews of two men each, exterior and interior, working at the same time. I could not have been more pleased with the process and the outcome. The painters were excellent in their work. Both teams were efficient and thorough and neat. And they communicated with us on every aspect and detail of the jobs. And this goes for their estimator and office personnel as well, who we were in contact with on various occasions to clarify details and to reschedule because of rain. Browder's people are well trained. Very customer oriented and service oriented. And this includes the guy who delivers and picks up the painters' trailers. Plus, the paint jobs look great! Exactly what we wanted! Just an excellent experience. I highly recommend Browder Painting for their workmanship, customer service and results.

We hired Browder Painting to paint the exterior of our 3,000 sq ft home. Our project Manager, Dirk, was very helpful and dedicated to making sure we would be happy with the end result. The painting crew always showed up on time and always checked in with us to explain what they would be working on that particular day. They would also always ask us if the work they had completed so far was ok and if not they would fix it immediately. Our project came out great and we would highly recommend Browder to anyone.

We had our mobile home roof power-washed and then re-sealed. The overhang was painted to match our trim. The two large front windows were re-caulked and painted to match the trim. We deeply appreciate Moises' work ethic and his pleasant, courteous and understanding attitude. D & K Mynatt

Browder power washed the exterior of our 2 story house, repaired the stucco and painted the exterior including trim and facia. Their painters were excellent. They were courteous, showed up when they were scheduled, and cleaned up when the project was complete. I would hire them again. The cost of the project was fair and competitive. They were flexible in meeting our needs.

The Browder Crew painted our downstairs bedroom and hallways. They did a wonderful job, from beginning to end. Los Osos is know for cool, foggy weather, but unfortunately the week in October that we choice to paint, we had a heat wave. Each day was over a 100 degrees!
