My first cabinet install on my inlaws house after Ian destroyed it. Friend in kitchen redues recommended RTA style cabinets. Seen the ones by RTA Cabinet supply and looked like they where a perfect replacement. In construction for almost 40 years 38 as a drywall contractor and seen many different cabinets being installed or taking out and these are very nice, no partical board anywhere, all plywood. very simple to put together. Ten cabinets delivered with no damage or missing parts, very well packed. Just seen on one of my jobs customers cabinets in the garage. only difference was 5/8" plywood instead of 1/2". had the exact same soft close drawer rails and hinges that cost literally thousands more. Mother inlaw is happy. Thanks RTA.

We are very pleased with our new cabinets. Our sales rep Irina was very helpful and went above and beyond helping us. We had one cabinet damaged during transportation and Oksana from claims department took care of it and shipped replacement pieces to me at no cost and without any issues. I would recommend RTA to anyone looking for new cabinets.

I've used a number of RTA cabinet companies, and this one is by far the best. The same designer has worked with me on multiple projects, and her designs are spot on. This is great because I enjoy developing a relationship with people, rather than feeling shuffled around impersonally. As a new designer with a new installation team, I appreciated the extra support and patience I received from Dina and Oksana. I will definitely use them again.

Our experience started fine, made a turn for the worse, but management eventually was willing to work with us.

We renovated our kitchen. I was very particular about what I wanted and visited with five different cabinet retailers. We received many designs and quotes. Luckily RTA came out with a great quote and had my favorite cabinet style. My contractor commented that he was impressed that the cabinets were solid and very well made. I admittedly was hesitant because it's ready to assemble and manufactured out of the US. Irina helped us so much. From start to finish. She and I have over 100 email exchanges and she continued to be couteous and helpful throughout the renovation. The owner even reached out and offered his number in case we had questions during the renovation. We decided to save money and put the cabinets together ourselves. It was very straightforward and RTA was there if we got stuck. We did have a few damaged pieces arrive. The delivery person that was contracted was not careful with the delivery and we could see how items were damaged (my only real complaint). He was also rude and not helpful. RTA easily provided replacements. Overall, I would highly recommend their customer service and quality product.

I ordered two cabinets to extend my kitchen and it came out to be even better than on pictures on the website! Very happy with my purchase, outstanding quality (especially for the price!). I received excellent service, customer service was very helpful, if I ever have to buy more cabinets, now I know where to go for it

It is very difficult to decipher good quality and excellent customer service until and order has been placed or an issue is resolved. We ordered cabinets to create a floating kitchen island from RTA Cabinet Supply. I found this company by searching to match the cabinets that were installed in the house we recently purchased. I ordered a door sample then had the island quoted, pre-assembled. The pricing was very competitive and we proceeded with the order. One of the cabinets was missing from the delivery and one cabinet was slightly damaged. We sent pictures and received replacements in a timely manner. Pricing very competitive on good quality cabinets with very responsive customer service. I would highly recommend this company and will purchase from them again for our master bath remodel.

My experience with RTA Cabinet Supply has surpassed original expectations. I ordered Coffee Glaze cabinet set for our customer’s kitchen. The cabinets arrived in 10 days, assembly was fast and relatively easy. We chose this particular line because of staple assembly, it leaves no visible brackets or cam locks making the cabinets look custom. One piece was damaged in transit, RTA Cabinet Supply shipped the replacement part next business day. Our customer is happy with end result. We are pleased with quality of product and customer service.
